Hershey Company began firing unvaccinated office workers. Hershey is asking employees to sign a nine-page confidentiality and release agreement that removes their rights to sue or talk about their experience.
Although their signature comes with a “special separation payment,” many haven't signed the agreement and won’t get money.

But it stopped being fun after months of human resources meetings that employees say included education about the vaccines, asking if the employee had changed their mind about getting the shots, and uncomfortably invasive questions.
“I really thought I’d be OK,” Kim Durham, a payment analyst and sourcing buyer, told The Epoch Times. “I thought, you cannot question my faith. Nobody can question that.”

“I thought this was behind me until September when I met with an HR representative. It was an interrogation on your religious beliefs. They twisted your words and tried to put words in your mouth. It was terrible. I was asked such personal questions that had nothing to do with religion.”
She was shocked when, in November, she received word that her request for religious accommodation had been denied.

Everyone interviewed mentioned being troubled by similar questions during the meetings, usually held with an immediate supervisor and someone from HR, such as:
Have you ever been vaccinated? Are your children vaccinated? How do you protect yourself when you leave your home? How often do you go to church? Do you take Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tums, or Midol? If so, how can you say that you’re truly a religious person, because a lot of those medicines also have the same ingredients as the vaccine?

One new parent submitted their baby’s birth certificate and other papers to set up insurance, and was asked why the baby had received vaccinations if the parent wouldn’t get the COVID shots.

Wow, I had no idea.
No surprise since they have a female CEO.
We’re going to Hershey lodge for “a weekend to remember” and it was paid for last year. However, they’re short staffed as it is right now. 2 of the 6 restaurants are already closed due to staffing issues. So why would they create more shortages.
If something does not make sense then follow the money trail. Where it leads I don’t know but probably government.
WHY?
If you are vaxxinated you can stay, BUT the vaxxinated are the ones spreading Covid.
The vaxxines don’t prevent Covid.
The vaxxines don’t prevent the shedding/spreading of Covid, just the opposite.
So what is their point?
They should fire all the vaxxinated and hire ONLY unvaxxed.
I think I’ll go read an old Superman comic book about Bizarro World.
… Have you ever been vaccinated? Are your children vaccinated? How do you protect yourself when you leave your home? How often do you go to church? Do you take Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tums, or Midol? If so, how can you say that you’re truly a religious person, because a lot of those medicines also have the same ingredients as the vaccine?…
How absolutely sickening and Stalinesque.
Similar language used by the $hot $hills, here.
I feel bad for individuals like our kid, who have a long working career ahead of them. But we have also indicated if our kid chooses to not get vaccinated and lose a job as a result, we will pay their mortgage and property tax bill while they search for another job. There are some things worth making the sacrifice for.
No Coke and no Hersheys. Period.
No more Hershey products for me. There are alternatives and we don’t have to support tyrants,.
God bless you!
We would do the same. Luckily, our kids have not had to make such a horrid decision, to keep their jobs and support their families.
Add T Mobile to the list.
We need a thread with the list updated, of these tyrannical companies.
And just as unvaccinated people can catch and spread the Fauci Flu, so can "vaccinated" people ... no difference.
There must be a class action discrimination lawsuit in there somewhere ... based on science and the law.
Yep, fingers crossed here we don’t have to make that decision.
Please don’t let Mars/M&M get on this list. While I like Reese’s and Kit Kats, I can live without them as long as I have Snickers.

she sounds like a very sweet woman
I agree, and THAT! is why I believe these companies seeking SJW and government ‘approval’ for blindly prostrating themselves before the cult altar of the VAX will eventually rue the day they ever contemplated the firings and abusive actions that ensued.
They ran head first into battle FORCING a permanent solution effect for a temporary reason (24/7 body intrusion for 8 hour shift) while simultaneously ignoring negative tests, masking and natural antibodies.
We are gonna see some hefty lawsuits arise for injection damage/harm, rights violations and plain old abuse and intimidation. They’re starting to realize this; thus, the 9 page NDA whose primary purpose is to stop future lawsuits for damages.
Hershey Resorts and the Hershey candy company are operated separately but may have the same parent company.
“Just from the HIPAA standpoint I’m sure they’re exposed.”
The company I work for doesn’t give a rats backside about HIPAA.
Last year, one of my coworkers came down with COVID, and a week later I got called to my supervisors office, and was given the Spanish Inquisition by an HR rep over the phone.
When it came to the “vaccine”, I stated that it was privileged information under the federal HIPAA laws, and that I wasn’t required to answer that question. The HR rep then gave me 10 days with no pay to quarantine despite having a negative test since the possible exposure.
Good thing, the HR rep is no longer with the company.
