On matters of state law, decisions by New York's Supreme Court are the final word.
How does the Governess think she can overturn this decision?

Nothing is ever settled for the left. It wouldn’t matter if God himself appeared and said it, they would still try to find a way to dispute it. The only time the left is in agreement with courts, judges et al is when the ruling is against the constitution/conservatives, then by God, every dictate in the ruling better be followed.

Wait up. This is a regular source of confusion.
In New York the lowest level trial court judges MMS (most of whom are political hacks) are called “Supreme Court” justices.
The next level is the appellate division and the highest court in NY is called The Court of Appeals.

This is a real big deal if it is true. Remember....Cuomo assumed he had ALL power.

The only place left is the U.S. Supreme Court.

Check out the headline.
To: McGavin999
"The Court of Appeals is New York State’s highest court and court of last resort in most cases. The Court, which sits in Albany, is composed of a chief judge and six associate judges, each appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, to a 14-year term of office. The Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, in addition to presiding over that court, also serves as the chief administrative judge for all of New York State. This court articulates state-wide principles of law in the context of deciding law suits. There is no jurisdictional limitation based upon the amount of money at stake in a case or the status or rank of the parties."
