Americans like Joe Biden as a person, but not as a president, according to a new poll released Tuesday.

Roughly six in 10 Americans consider the commander-in-chief “likable” and “intelligent” but more than half question his ability to manage the government and his capability as a “strong and decisive leader,” the Gallup survey found.

Prior to the powerful elites selecting him (the media credits Clyburn which is silly) Biden was heading to his third decisive primary loss. In his first two as a much younger candidate he never broke single digits and both campaigns ended in scandalous fashion.
