The devastation wreaked by the Covid-19 virus on human life and the world economy – especially the way it made doomsday scenarios of contagion all too real – has made ordinary people anxious to know its origin. Shockingly, there is enough evidence and reason to suspect that the pandemic might have been the result of a vaccine arms race that skirted dangerously close to bioweapons development. And that a leak from a lab in Wuhan, China – inadvertent or, well, by design – may have been responsible for the pandemic. The behind-the-scenes players were the U.S. government, Big Pharma, and China – which in essence means the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

It was the only chance the cabal had to (publicly) get Trump out of office.
This is crimes against humanity we’re talking about here.
Actually, it does not matter. The damage has been done regardless of how and why it began.
That seems disingenuous to me.
What is a "vaccine arms race"? What would be the point, what is the thing the vaccine is intended to fight?
Do you typically invent a virus when working to invent a vaccine?
Is that like trying to develop a better bullet-proof vest and accidentally inventing a better rifle?
I think the goal was to invent a bioweapon. Which is what they did.
Simple explanations are better.
Does it matter?
At least we know it wasn’t a gang of monkeys that escaped and spread the virus.
That’s true but the fact Gain of Function research was going on at
all especially with US Taxpayer funding makes it important to find out, regardless of it’s intended purpose it could be used as a bio weapon which makes it very troubling
It does matter for a whole host of reasons
One of them is that it could have a bearing on how this virus mutates. It may have been engineered to act in a different manner.

Actually it does matter, because it would involve treason on the part of some Americans and an act of war against the United States and the rest of the world.
Cooking up viruses that don’t exist in nature with the hope of then finding a cure is creating a problem which does not exist. How about a total world-wide ban on gain-of-function research? Or is there just not enough money in that?

The Covid Virus whether developed for use as a Bio-weapon or accidently released in error from the lab that was developing it became a Bio-weapon when the Chinese Communist Party became aware of it release into the local environment.
Once they became aware they locked the immediate area around the laboratory down and prevented any movement of the residents in that area.What they didn’t do is prevent their Knowingly infected Covid Carriers to fly to Western Countries and spew it where they went.
At that point in time the Chinese Communist Party knew that they had released a deadly Bio-weapon and then attempted to conceal that fact.
Yeah, what difference does it make now anyway?

Another cause: politically fed hysteria over a disease that has proved serious only for a small minority.
All I know is that it is criminal that after millions of deaths and 2 years of lock downs we can’t say for sure.

The point is that risky experiments on how to eliminate alligators may have been exactly why the alligators got let in the pool.
