Former President Donald Trump continues to lead the field of potential Republican presidential candidates in a hypothetical GOP primary, a McLaughlin & Associates survey released this week found.

“Thinking ahead to the 2024 Republican primary election for President, if that election were held today among the following candidates, for whom would you vote?” the survey, taken January 13-18, asked Republican voters.

Funny one. Seems more plausible every time I think about it.
He does show school spirit. Compared to Jeb and Kasich.

Of course, the never-Trumpers will continue their song from 2015 while adding another verse. “Trump can never be elected (or re-elected) because he is so ‘unPresidential(TM)’ Plus, January 6th insurrection”.

The entire purpose of the January 6th committee is to somehow make Trump ineligible to hold office. For, they will decree it and CNN will declare it so.

Ted Cruz is easy.

The rest you cited are valid objections. Carson is a good man as are the Pauls despite their failings on certain subjects

“His winning a resounding victory in 2024 is the only way to redeem our democracy.”

And it will GET stolen again unless we solve the problems of Donimion, usps mail ins and the clowns who count votes, aka the Ruby Freeman’s of the world. They’re gonna run the same operation again..

The reason why we won Va. was because the GOP there CORRECTLY sent an army to count with their Democrap counterparts the votes.

“Rubio is needed in the Senate”

You meant Rand, not Rubio, right?

In the absence of Trump, DeSantis will win if he decides to run.

"No surprise - he’d essentially be running as a equivalent of an incumbent as a former President."

The parallels to Grover Cleveland are unmistakable, as his re-election having destroyed the Third Party System as Trump's re-election will destroy the Sixth Party System.

By the end of Trump's 2nd Term, Musk will have circled the moon personally, and also have 2 massive freight payloads in orbit around Mars with both having dropped landers to determine his landing site in 2033; social credit will have overtaken Europe and the Asias while Trump will be the last president to fend off granular AI surveillance in the US; Biden, Schumer, Pelosi, Hoyer, Clyburn, and Bubba - "Me mind on fire / Me soul on fire, feeling hot, hot, hot"; the Metaverse will bust and take FB with it, now owned by GOOG; AMZN will own KR and COST and Walmart will start to look like early-2020 TGT, who will have gone bankrupt; #WINNING will draw blacks and Latinos into the GOP in unprecedented percentages, including office-holders.

Very possible. Yet some seem to think pointing at polls 3 years out will magically fix it, when little is being done to actually correct what went wrong last time. In fact, about the only changes to address "election integrity" I hear about anymore is the new bill from the cheating Dems to make it even worse.

Rand is needed. I’ll take Rubio for Senate if it keeps a democrat out. We just can’t afford any more democrats up there, literally we cannot afford it.
