Ray Epps, an Arizona man accused by Trump supporters of being an undercover agent who provoked people to enter the Capitol building, will be interviewed by the House select committee on Friday.
Mr Epps will sit for a transcribed interview over Zoom with the committee investigating the Capitol riot, his attorney John Blischak confirmed to The Arizona Republic newspaper.
“I would rather wait until that interview was completed before disclosing anything. I have nothing otherwise to hide. It’s nothing I’m worried about,” Mr Blischak said.

He was within the restricted area encouraging others to enter the restricted Capitol building. That is a crime according to this FBI.

If they call something a conspiracy theory you can bet it will be confirmed as fact in six months or as long as it takes to pry the evidence out the guilty parties using subpoenas, FIOA requests, investigative reporting or whistle blowers and leaks. If it rare, as in vaccine induced deaths or injuries, it’s not rare. If it’s wide spread epidemic, it’s not. Hospitals are not overwhelmed with patients, they are ghost towns that are “filled to capacity” because that capacity is legally limited by regulations on the patient - staff ratio size of the hospital and the staffs have been reduced. The old saying that one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter is in effect and the terrorists are in power and the freedom fighters that are resisting are another man’s terrorist.
