There is publicly available video of Epps trespassing on Capitol grounds. Don’t know if there is video of him inside the building.
Others have already been convicted (pled ‘guilty’) to trespass on the grounds of the Capitol.

I’m going to play Devil’s Advocate on that question.
Law enforcement and Intelligence agencies spend time energy and dollars to train their agents. For their safety and to protect the effectiveness of the agencies, the standard practice is to not “out” them.
If—even just once—they deny that someone is an agent, then any time they do not deny, they are essentially confirming.
Given the number of hours of surveillance video (of the 1/6 Capitol event) that has been released, confirming or denying would be a security breach.
Yeah, it’s a convenient excuse for them, but it has the virtue of being exactly what they need to do/say.
His testimony won’t be under oath? We know that how?

This supposed “committee” rejected the Republicans assigned to it in favor of RINOs. There is exactly ZERO chance the truth will emerge from their questioning of Ray Epps.
Like Christine Blasey-Ford, we haven’t heard much from Ray Epps because they have been doing practice interviews and coaching him on answers.
Mr Epps will sit for a transcribed interview right after his coaching classes are over.
