It will not be testimony. He will be quizzed on Zoom. He can answer all the questions remotely, with his fingers crossed, and no one will know.

Ray Epps is the de facto leader of the insurrection. Why hasn't insurrectionist Ray Epps been charged with a crime? Citizens who have done far less have spent almost a year in prison!!! And he is going to b e "quizzed" on Zoom? Adam Kinzinger thanked him for his cooperation!

Quizzed as in, “what is the capital of Arizona? What is the longest river in North America? Who was the 3rd president of the US?”
When are we going to see Pelosi and Bowser asked about why they rejected Trump’s offer of National Guard troops on January 6th? When are we going to see their emails and text messages leading up to and on January 6th?

***Except that it wasn’t really an insurrection. It was a bunch of peaceful protestors infiltrated by FBI informants fomenting insurrection.
