Parents in a Pennsylvania school district have expressed outrage after a photo of a school employee using tape to affix a mask to a child's face went viral online. The school district has confirmed that the photo is genuine.

The person that did this needs to find out how well super glue keeps a mask on.
I assume that school employee’s vehicle is still in one piece. I also assume that local stores will still trade with said school employee. I assume that school employee can safely walk the streets. They shouldn’t be able to. That person would have to leave a sane society and start over somewhere else under a new name with no possessions.

It's not as if these monsters are people. If it can't imagine why it shouldn't have taped a mask to a child, it might learn. Dogs learn, and they aren't much brighter than teachers.
I was ready to get all irate about this, but I’d like to know more. It’s hard to tell from a still photo, but the teacher is using one hand to apply the tape and isn’t touching the child in any way, so the child appears to be holding still for this. Maybe the kid’s mask kept slipping and he asked the teacher for help to keep it on. Or maybe not. The kid could have been intimidated into keeping still. I want to hear what the kid says.
lawsuit against the individual not the tax payers
Personnel (teacher) matters should not be confidential. Let's get this straight: Anyone who works for the government works for taxpayers. In more personal terms, that child abusing teacher works for you and me. WE ARE the employer and all actions our employees take on the job are not confidential.
This so-called teacher should be fired immediately. Those standing in the way of that termination should be fired immediately.
Said “teacher” needs to be taken out back to the woodshed.
