WASHINGTON — The White House believes Russia could launch an invasion of Ukraine at any moment, press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday, warning that an “extremely dangerous situation” is building along the Ukrainian border.

"We believe we're now at a stage where Russia could at any point launch an attack on Ukraine. I would say that's more stark than we have been,” Psaki said during her daily press briefing.

The world is easy to understand when you realize everything that’s “news” is pre-orchestrated for another reason.

“We make the rules, pal. The news, war, peace, famine, upheaval, price of a paper clip. We pick that rabbit out of the hat when everybody sits out there wondering how the hell we did it.”

- Gordon Gekko, 1987

“Weakness invites aggression. Always has, always will.”

Very true.

No, that was Sudan, I believe.

The other was the war on Serbia, which had done nothing to us.

Shortly to be followed by China invading Taiwan.

I have no data, but I can't keep from wondering if the Chinese and Russians have a joint plan. The plan being for Russia to invade Ukraine and suck us in there, and then China would invade Taiwan.

Notice the HW did not say what they are going to do about it ... I guess ... “nothing.”

Biden will give them a stern talking to.

They have no clue, but it makes a good distraction from the political disasters at home.

Still trying to figure out what our strategic interest is in the Ukraine. Still can’t see one.

Not joining the FR Warrior Brigade, Armchair Division.

Getting into a war is a great way to shut down dissent.

How is this Biden's fault?

When you are chased out of Afghanistan in disgrace by a bunch of stones age savages with your tail between your legs, every bully on the block is going to come after you.
Dementia Joe should know that. He's been in DC like forever.

China is nowhere near being prepared to attack Taiwan. Logistics logistics logistics.

I will drop my lounger right next to you. I don’t see Russia as a threat to the US. The ultimate show down will be when the gas lines are shut down.

Unfortunately, Biden’s energy policy is doing nothing but filling Putin’s coffers.

The US position on this is not sane.

Look at it this way. When Biden surrenders, at least we won’t have a trillion dollars in equipment and infrastructure invested like we did in Afghanistan. He can withdraw with honor with virtually no investment this time...

True. But that’s a US internal domestic political operation. Still not a Strategic Interest. No way is it ever going to turn out well to fight Russia in the Ukraine.

I guess the RATs want a disaster. They screw up everything else they touch. Why not this? So I guess taking on Russia’s quite powerful military on its own ground is just up the RAT’s alley. Back alley.
