The Supreme Court on Tuesday formally rejected a request to block the federal mask mandate for air travel.
A father of an autistic child, Michael Seklecki, filed the emergency application, asserting that he and his child are not able to wear a mask. Lucas Wall also joined the lawsuit, claiming that he has been unable to fly because he is medically unable to wear a mask as well. The request, filed to Justice Neil Gorsuch, was denied by the justices with no further comment.

Sotormayor was in her own chambers afraid because Gorsuch who sits beside her had not mask on him.
Kavanaugh and Roberts are the most statist, globalist Republicans on the court, not Gorsuch.
Neil Gorsuch is against the mask and he defied Roberts on it.

Hey. If I sat next to that POS Sotomayor, and she was pissed off because I wouldn’t wear a mask and threatened not to sit next to me if I didn’t wear one, that isn’t exactly the stick necessary to get me to wear a mask.
This request for an emergency restraining order was almost certainly denied because the plaintiffs would suffer no irreparable harm if the mandate is left in place while the case works its way through the Federal courts.
We don’t know how Gorsuch voted. He referred the case to the court and the court rejected it.
It takes 4 Justice to grant Cert.
This case certainly isn’t one that raised issues that the court would be likely to look at anyway.

I used to be a frequent flyer. Then, I boycotted Delta because of their WOKE policies.
As it is, I won’t be flying ANY airline again until all this mask/vaccine insanity is over for good.
