Yep. This is advocacy “science”. The ultimate goal is to outlaw lead-based ammo, making guns obsolete or driving up the price of alternative “green” ammo, so that far fewer shooters can/will afford the sport.

Organs left behind by hunters? I would think that most hunters butcher their game when they get it home. Besides, I thought eagles were birds of prey, not scavengers.

Even if the bullet stayed in the deer 99.9* of the deer meat would have zero lead in it. The eagle would have to eat the bullet and the wound channel. Ridiculous.
