While I'm at it. This one's for you healthcare workers. From stats with cats via patriots.win...

Saltwater injections, using current statistical methods, would always show vaccines work 🤔 Great article breaks this down

Did Trump ever chose anyone who did not eventually show themselves to be an a-hole? IMO, Donald Trump is a terrible appraiser of character. During his 2016 campaign, he regularly bragged about “hiring the best;” but, for the most part, the opposite proved true.

President Trump’s hands may have been tied. I don’t know whether or not it is true, but I have read that Justice Kennedy agreed to resign only after he was assured that Brett Kavanaugh, his former clerk, would be appointed.

"That's a defeat for healthcare workers.... shortages here we come! My Neighbor who is a nurse refuses the vaccine and will probably be in the unemployment line pretty soon. Gosh this is devastating for the healthcare workers.

The long shot? (No pun intended) NovaVax gets the nod in the near future here in the U.S., the more traditional vax that the hesitant might accept. Of the 9 countries of which they are pursuing approval for, they got 4. IMHO the deep state is so in bed with "P" & "M" the "Mnra Twins" that I swear they are dragging out the approval for them here because it is something we might want. I revile these S.O.B.'s as they take glee in screwing us at every turn.

From Alex Berenson...

Covid infections and deaths SOAR after the first vaccine dose Stunning figures from Canada show a huge spike in cases after vaccinations; to the Centers for Disease Control and the media, all these deaths are occurring in the "unvaccinated."

I have heard health care workers are under the authoritarian tyranny of the federal government...We can thank Kavanaugh for this travesty.

Hope no one is needing to see a doc or go to hospital in the near future unless they don’t mind being treated by medical personnel who are going along to get along, able to transmit the viruses equally to unvaccinated, or foreign workers/military.

I’m pleased for the office workers and airline pilots, bot this is not a total victory.
Experts are saying this will very adversely impact health care in rural areas

And that’s a tragic reality that too many overlook or simply accept. Quality of care will suffer tremendously... to which many elites, unaffected in their safe, elite bubbles, will toast, “Mission Accomplished!”.

Seeing the mandate against business in general struck down and CMS mandate for healthcare allowed to stand.

Won on the big one sounds like!

Won on the big one?

A partial victory.

Do you not consider all health care workers important?

Hope you do not need any medical services in the foreseeable future.

A distinction without a difference, since the feds already infiltrated the entire industry with the tentacles of Medicare and Medicaid.

It's a distinction with a HUGE difference. You don't spend years working for a nice living in health care at the taxpayer's expense ... and then turn around and complain when Caesar imposes conditions you don't like.

I agree. We just won a temporary victory, i.e. the Supreme Court “stayed” the mandate for now until the lower court rules on the actual constitutionality of the mandate.

The Sixth Court of Appeal could say that the mandate is constitutional. Actually it lifted the mandate imposed earlier by the Fifth Circuit when the Sixth Court got involved after it was designated to hear the various related cases. So, the Sixth Circuit may not be too unfriendly to the mandates. However, today’s ruling by the Supreme Court, while not directly on point, suggests that the Supreme Court doesn’t view the mandate to favorably. Thus, it is possible that the Sixth Circuit could take that into account when it finally rules on the constitutionality of the mandate.

If the Sixth Circuit rules that the mandate is constitutional, then we just have to hope that the Supreme Court is willing to accept an appeal (it doesn’t have to) and then, if so, to rule in our favor.

We’ll see. This is not over.

I don’t disagree with you, but that battle was lost the moment Medicare and Medicaid were established in the first place. No use complaining about that now if you work in an industry that relies on Medicare and Medicaid funding.

So it’s federally funded healthcare workers? Right? We are screwed!

We are screwed if people don’t understand that this is a partial win, but not a victory.

Thank you for posing the question...Good someone sees the big picture here.

You can be a billionaire, but if you don’t have your health, what do you have?

I suspect this is an opening for National Healthcare.

Immune-mediated hepatitis with the Moderna vaccine, no longer a coincidence but confirmed

(h/t patriots.win)

Not just Moderna, apparently.

Concludes with the with the usual very rare crap and a paean to vaxxing.

Just sucks to be you if it happens. Who's paying for your care until you croak? (BTW, anyone ever hear of freaking flu shots doing this?)...

This isn’t a victim. It’s a horrific violation of the constitution. All mandates should have been thrown out. I don’t consider this even a slight victory. They are unbound by law.

Yep, everyone is arguing over how a business receiving federal funding obligates them to do whatever the government orders them to do. That is blatantly unconstitutional, but then 99% of the “administrative state” is unconstitutional. The court’s past twisting of the Commerce Clause opened the door for the federal government to get involved in nearly all facets of daily life, yet they have zero actual constitutional authority over any of it. And federal funding has become the mechanism they use to gain that control. NONE of that is legitimate. They use the same lie to stomp all over religious liberty by claiming that any government-funded enterprise (schools, public spaces, etc.) must be sterilized of any religious speech or display.

If we returned the federal government to their true constitutional boundaries, they would have very little to do and would not employ but a tiny percentage of those they currently do. They would be an afterthought, instead of the out of control beast that tells everyone how to live every aspect of their lives. The real question is how much longer until people finally have enough and decide to slay the beast?
