Why do wait between the quercitin and zinc?
Amazon offers an equivalent product as a 2 pack with 120 capsules for about $34.00 which is far less than the $55.00 cost through Zelensky’s website.

So when do you take the Quercetin? I was taking it with a 50 mg zinc in the AM and another 50 mg Zinc in the evening. I use Vit C powder in my herbal tea daily and take 2 - 5000 Unit of Vit D, plus Beta Carotene. I am allergic to the sun, although I no longer have anaphylaxis and I take Singular to help control the histaminic reaction. I’ not certain how much Vit B I absorb since I can only get limited amounts naturally. Not sure my body can even uptake it, honestly. I take Melatonin 10-20 mg nightly as directed by my neurologist.
I’ve been taking a multi vitamin with yummy Elderberry gummies for a long time and just added zinc and NAC....so those are my drugs.....
You know, I can’t remember exactly where I read that recommendation but is was stated in no uncertain terms that the Quercetin and Zinc should be taken “separately”
It was reliable enough of a source to cause me to change my dosing habit though.

5000 IU D3
500 mg Quercetin
600 mg NAC
50 mg Zinc
1x Daily
I’ve been drinking green tea for a while now, plus C, D and Zinc. All of the above are generally a good idea, anyway, over an above COVID protection. Whenever exposed to COVID, I drink an extra cup of green tea per day for a while. Good stuff.
Interesting, I take my Quercitin and Zinc together. Which do you take first and how far apart?
I only take 1 Quercetin 30 minutes before lunch (recommended to take 30 minutes prior to meal) then I take the Zinc and hour or so later.
That’s actually a lot of Zinc.....possibly overkill. If you take Quercetin 50mg is plenty and if you don’t, no amount of Zinc will help you much because it will not be absorbed.

It contains zinc but I wonder what it also has?
