So when do you take the Quercetin? I was taking it with a 50 mg zinc in the AM and another 50 mg Zinc in the evening. I use Vit C powder in my herbal tea daily and take 2 - 5000 Unit of Vit D, plus Beta Carotene. I am allergic to the sun, although I no longer have anaphylaxis and I take Singular to help control the histaminic reaction. I’ not certain how much Vit B I absorb since I can only get limited amounts naturally. Not sure my body can even uptake it, honestly. I take Melatonin 10-20 mg nightly as directed by my neurologist.
I only take 1 Quercetin 30 minutes before lunch (recommended to take 30 minutes prior to meal) then I take the Zinc and hour or so later.
That’s actually a lot of Zinc.....possibly overkill. If you take Quercetin 50mg is plenty and if you don’t, no amount of Zinc will help you much because it will not be absorbed.
If you start experiencing palpitations you may want to back off on the zinc.
