I haven't seen ZICAM mentioned which I've been using for several years. Take it at the very first onset of cold symptoms and it reduces the cold duration by days.

It contains zinc but I wonder what it also has?

Found this:

The listed active ingredients are (Zicam) highly diluted extracts of Galphimia glauca, Luffa operculata, and Sabadilla.

So this a homeopathic remedy.

I haven't seen ZICAM mentioned which I've been using for several years.

I used it for a short time maybe 15 years ago. Got a cold, took some Zicam and lost 90% of my taste and smell.
I never used it again, and my senses have never been the same.
