Aside from labeling herself an “affirmative action baby,” Supreme Court Justice Sonya Sotomayor once suggested she was a “wise Latina.” Given this, apropos here is a line from ancient Chinese sage Confucius:
“Wisdom is, when you know something, knowing that you know it; and when you do not know something, knowing that you do not know it.”
Sotomayor certainly failed this test during oral arguments on Friday over the Biden administration’s COVID-19 “vaccine” mandates, making outlandishly incorrect claims that have brought her mockery. “We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators,” she stated matter-of-factly. "We have over 100,000 children, which we've never had before, in serious condition, many on ventilators.”
Both assertions are so distant from reality that one could wonder where the judge gets her information; even limiting oneself to just New York Times perusal shouldn’t yield such profound ignorance.
In reality, hospitals are not nearly overwhelmed, and the children hospitalized who have coronavirus number only about 3,700, according to the CDC. Yet even this is misleading. As Dr. Anthony Fauci himself admitted recently — with Democrats’ tanking poll numbers inspiring him to paint a rosier picture — most of these children are hospitalized “with” SARS-CoV-2, not “because” of COVID-19.
(Note: The former is the pathogen; “COVID-19” is the disease that can result from it. So, technically, it’s not even correct to say that asymptomatic kids under medical care and testing positive for the virus are hospitalized “with COVID”; there is no “COVID” because they have no symptoms.)
As Fauci confessed, every child admitted to the hospital is automatically tested for the China virus, and thus will a kid being treated for a broken leg be listed as a hospitalization “with” SARS-CoV-2 upon a positive result.

Making false statements in oral argument before the Court is a disciplinary offense and the Fat La Raza should have her ticket pulled. Breyer is just a moron.

It seems to me the justices should not be arguing a case before the court. They should shut up and listen.
They just need to stick to the facts presented in the case, not what they hear on CNN.
They are not technical in the scientific or mathematical regard, but I would not want to see a fauci court reserved for technical cases.
Before freaking out entirely, remember that this was just the question/answer session before the case is actually heard, so it does not necessarily mean erroneous “facts” will be the basis of their decision.
But I guess you never know with the agenda justices.

1. The Constitution is old and was relevant for its time. It is no longer relevant.
2. Wise elites must find ways to "work around" the Constitution to obtain the results they desire.
3. Wise elites must shape the public perception in order to get what they desire.
4. Any methods, including lying to the public is acceptable to get the results desired.
5. In order to be a member of the wise elites, one has to be a Progressive.
6. As the Progressives only want to do good, and they must have power to do good, therefore any method to hold onto power is acceptable, so they can do good.

It’s irrelevant. The issue is whether OSHA had the legislated authority to impose a vaccine mandate and/or whether it is a “major question” that can never be delegated and must be decided by the legislature and agreed to by the President.
A further question is whether the implementation [e.g. excluding large groups for political reasons] was reasonable in the circumstance where public safety - in the view of OSHA - required universal mandates.
It should be booted on all of the above.

The “erroneous facts” were deep state talking points provided to the liberal justices which they dutifully regurgitated.
The purpose was twofold, give the idiot liberal masses hope and justification to rationalize the group narrative and second confirm their allegiance to the deep state.
Bryer, Kagan and Sotomayor are not justices. They are super legislators who do the will of the deep state.
I can’t imagine why anyone working to manipulate the situation from behind the scenes ever would have wanted the stupidity and ignorance of these morons to be put out in public view like that.

There are exhibiting a willful disregard for the truth and propagandizing an alternative reality to justify the unjustifiable for money and power.

Sounds like the Democrats on the court treat the place like a Senate chamber focused on advocacy of legislative policy rather than its legality. Yes, I called them Democrats, and not justices, because, in the end, that is what they are, Just political folks in a room who have law degrees, fully aware of what party appointed them to the court and are either too bored with the law or too ignorant of it {yes, I am speaking of you, Sotomayer) to take time out from their policy advocacy.
