Most people seem to think this is incompetence on the part of these SC Justices, but I have a different take.
Soviet regimes forced their citizens to swallow claims that were obviously false, not because the regime wanted citizens to believe these claims, but because they wanted citizens to accept that truth fundamentally didn’t matter. The only thing that mattered was the power of the State.
These Justices, and essentially all Dems, are lying through their teeth to signal their unrestrained power over the populace.
