On Friday the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.
During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

Only if you're conservative.
During her confirmation hearing, Sotomayor was asked what the Supreme Court precedent was to establish self defense in a murder trial. SHE DIDN’T KNOW.
Just to make sure I understand - why isn’t “our” side using the “admission against interest”? Someone email them...
It sounds like these justices are testifying. Why aren’t experts there to testify?
Statements like her’s below are irrelevant. Whether they work or not has nothing to do with whether this government approach is Constitutional. However, it would be a revelation for the justices to decide that administrative law comes under the Constitution.
“During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine’s ability to prevent transmission of the virus.”
I don't believe that's the case with AJ Sotamayor.
Yes
Well played, laddie.
Rats never recuse. Never.
But, but, but she’s such a “wise” women, right?
Deep State does not care.
I’d just say out loud. If you justices decide this clearly unconstitutional mandate happens, show of hands, whose going to get the shot?”
You are one generation too old to understand how you were fact-checked in real time. Like so many of you Leftists, you simply picked a number out of your head because it 'sounded good'. Your friend Obama who appointed you, once authoritatively stated "10,000 people died in a Kansas tornado." The actual number was 12.
What is inexcusable, is that you lied to pimp a fearporn narrative to achieve your ends. And yet both of you have spent your entire lives carefully cultivating a veneer of shamelessness. The Wise Latina Has No Robes.
It's not that you're not intelligent, Madame Justice, it's that you're a liar.
And you probably have been in such a way since your were a child and your father died when you were 9. People around you have excused your chronic mendacity and looked the other way when you lie, because you had a hard early life which led to fantasizing and false pride, which rapidly metastasized into imposter syndrome.
You have my ... pity. No matter what happens going forward, Sonia, you will always be remembered for a bald-faced lie in open court during one of the most important oral arguments of the New Century. Law students will read today's transcript for decades to come and wonder what happened to you today to cause you to utter a string of demented lies about the endemic and the panolpy of hastily-created and unnecessarily-imposed experimental serums. Serums that offer negligible protection for a virus that is survived by 99.7% of the people who contract it.
However, there is a silver lining to all of this: you have now, single-handedly, given Roberts cover to vote with the conservative majority abolishing the illegal vaccine mandate once and for all. And for that, no matter all your painfully obvious flaws and shortcomings as a human being, we say "gracias".
The “vaccine” does not prevent hospitalization.
Oh yes they are great

Fat, ugly, stupid Latina. She was appointed only on the basis of her sex and race. Of course RINOs gladly voted for her confirmation.
Affirmative action winner!
