Sunday Shows Were Hyperfocused on Reminding Everyone About January 6

As the anniversary of the Capitol Hill riot from January 6 approaches, the media have ramped up their efforts to remind us about that day. Every Sunday show featured someone involved with the U.S. Capitol. While "Fox News Sunday" spoke with chief of U.S. Capitol Police, Thomas Manger, who took on such a role in July. The other shows featured members from the select committee on January 6, including Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Liz Cheney (R-WY), and Bennie Thompson (D-MS). NBC's "Meet the Press" had a "special edition" episode on "January 6: One Year Later."

During that "special edition" episode, host Chuck Todd spoke to the select committee's chair, Rep. Thompson.

Rep. Thompson offered insight as how their "goal is to produce a report" of their findings, and the select committee believes members of Congress may have "assisted" the January 6 rioters. Thompson did point out that "'assisted' means different things," and he also pointed out that "we don't have any real knowledge that I'm aware of, of people giving tours," despite how "we heard a lot of that."

And, guessing the report from the fbi doesn't bear any weight in this effort. I.e., finding no conspiracy. Supposing congress had as much faith in the fbi as we do these days. ZERO! :-}

After the Sunday shows New York announced subpoenas today on Trump and his family.

Then Schumer announces his intention to abolish the filibuster and immediately after that vote to put all elections under the control of the federal government and we haven’t even gotten to the 1/6 memorial circus.

This is a full on propaganda extravaganza to destroy our nation.

"Cui bono?" - "Who benefits?" - is the classic question when it comes to alleged conspiracies, and it is clear that the left has seized upon January 6th like mad dogs pouncing on red meat.

The "insurrection" narrative has been so useful to them, and so many unanswered questions remain about that day - questions they will REFUSE to seriously investigate - that I find it impossible to believe that the Deep State did not in fact trigger those events to create the precise narrative that they have been endlessly promoting.

They refuse to release publicly 14,000 hours of video evidence

they refuse to indict those who actually committed violence (and the Government knows who they are, but they all still remain “unindicted co-conspirators”),

and then they throw the legal book at any and all Trump supporters

this was an outrageous smear campaign from Day 1, as bogus as the Russian Dossier (and probably created by the same monsters that had a hand in that subversion)

and that fact that they desperately keep having to push it, means the Public ain’t buying it

The Jan. 6th hearings would be taken more seriously if they would haul in the DC policeman who murdered an unarmed woman Ashli Babbitt and punish him for his deed. Until then, they are just politicing!!!

It was not an insurrection for two major reasons:

1. Participants were not armed
2. The people being spoken against do not hold LEGITIMATE power

That is, if you use force against a kidnapper it is not assault. If you shoot someone breaking into your home, it is not attempted murder. If you resist tyrants, it is not insurrection.

But if protesting is the warning of a coming revolution, these people will not recognize a real one until on the other side of it, defeated.

They are incapable of examining the issues being protested against. And we are not going to quietly and cooperatively let go of liberty. Therefore, resistance is inevitable.

The major issue being protested was fraudulent voting. They refuse to even have a conversation. If there was a single fraudulent vote, both sides and everyone on any side should want to get to the bottom of who, where, why, and how. They simply take the position that not a single case of fraudulent voting exists. Our assertions are always “without evidence” because there is no evidence they would be willing to consider.

When a person or group is silenced for their views, when they are dismissed out of hand, when there is no path to fixing the problem, we lack a “redress of grievances” that necessitates the abolition of the current form of government and the institution of a new one that serves its proper ends, which is the protection of individual liberties.
