President Joe Biden’s first year in office has resulted in record illegal immigration to the United States and defiance to constructing new border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
By the end of the month, analysts project that nearly two million illegal aliens will have attempted to cross the southern border since Biden took office — hundreds of thousands of which have been released into the U.S. interior.
The record-setting illegal immigration levels will have outpaced the highest calendar year on record, 1986, when then-President Ronald Reagan passed an amnesty for illegal aliens, by nearly 300,000 encounters.
For perspective, the number of illegal alien encounters along the U.S.-Mexico border this year will have surpassed the resident populations of Phoenix, Arizona; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; San Antonio, Texas; San Diego, California; and Dallas, Texas, among others.
Biden, in response, has focused his efforts on transforming the southern border into a welcoming checkpoint of sorts where border crossers are stopped, briefly apprehended, and subsequently released into the U.S. interior with the hope that they will later appear at an immigration hearing.
Meanwhile, the administration has spent the year constructing virtually no new border wall to stem the flow of illegal immigration and relieve U.S. Border Patrol agents.
Immediately after taking office this year, Biden halted all border wall construction. On dates throughout the year, Biden then canceled border wall construction contracts despite their being previously funded by Congress.

I think you are correct. Most Hispanic people that I’ve known have been very faith- and family-oriented, and very hard-working.
The leftists keep trying to tell us that the US is a horrible and racist country - and yet people from all over the world keep flocking here, even risking their lives to get here.

My uncle got four of his illegitimate kids in, and my uncle who divorced and remarried, that woman got one of her kids into the country through chain migration. It’s endless and never stops. A hispanic coworker I had hated Trump. She asked if my father’s family came from Ellis Island, and I told they’ve been here for over 200 years. She had a weird, freaky, grin when she asked me.

Why do that???? We have Americans that need jobs. THERE IS NO LABOR SHORTAGE PERIOD. The only reason to legally import people is to lower prevailing wages. That is nasty business and has been abused for decades.
