THIS is the dramatic moment Russia's £300m stealth warship that was designed to carry hypersonic missiles went up in flames in a humiliating blow for Vladimir Putin.
New footage shows devastating fire damage to the new £307 million warship intended to carry Putin’s lethal Mach-9 hypersonic missiles....
...The scale of the blaze, which started on Friday in St Petersburg, has been viewed as a massive set back to the Kremlin’s naval modernisation programme.
Huge flames and thick smoke were seen rising from the corvette Provornyy at Severnaya Verf shipyard where it was being built.
The battleship was almost completely destroyed by the fire - the latest of a spate of mysterious blazes at top secret naval shipbuilding facilities ...

Where was that USNavy guy who is on trial for sabotaging the BonHomie Richard? Does he have a kindred soul in Russia’s Navy?
So climate change causes battleships to catch fire?
So many questions.

Blame China. Under Fauxident Alzheimer, our covert folks are too busy trying to Screw with DJT.

Russia is losing population faster than any Euro nation except Spain. This is especially dire in the 18-40 group eligible for military service.
A good analysis is available by Peter Zeihan, in “Accidental Superpower.”
Like I say, as in WW II, we could build 10 of the Bon Homme’s if we wanted. The Russkies strain to build anything.
You may have forgotten how, by 1980 when the CIA said they were spending about 5%-10% of their GDP on the military, the real number was 50%, or how their new “wonder weapons” like the Alpha sub were in fact fatally flawed propaganda pieces.
No, I don’t believe the Russkies can afford to lose even a dinghy.

Russia is not in the top 10 economies. The fact is, Russia is on par with Brazil and Australia.
Putin is hot air and lacks the wherewithall to resllly do very much
Merry Christmas professor!
sabotage? The Mossad is very busy these days?Or was it Christians in Action?
Thank you! You too.
For the first time in 5 years since we moved to AZ, my son and my brother in law will be here.
I agree, but it is also this rationale that people like Zeihan and George Freedman warn may drive him to do something NOW, before his population of military aged men is gone forever.
Remember how in the early days we heard about every failure of a missle defense test? Well thank God we continued to do testing and development.
I view Putin’s task as saving Mother Russia.
Flying war planes all over and pretending to be a military force in Syria is actually salesmanship. He has to sell weapons to generate cash and jobs. Military attachés can be shown the actual weapons more or less on the ground in use
Therefore, a risk that transforms Mother Russia’s perpetual bad health into pneumonia or some other mortal condition must be avoided.

Yep, propaganda I was talking about.
It doesn’t take talent to learn that the population of Russia was 148 mi in 1992, now 145. It doesn’t look like a demographic collapse.
There are several Euro nations lost 20-40% over the same period.
It’s shrinking rapidly. That ain’t propaganda.
And of that 148m it’s top heavy with oldies.
But keep working on manipulating the stats.
I think it’s 50/50. The issue is timing. He can’t afford to wait much longer if he’s gonna go.
Just so you’re aware, “Norse”Viking, who is as Viking as my stool, is a hardcore Russian propagandist who thinks:
(1) Poland is a “rogue” nation committing “blatant atrocities” against Muslims.
https://freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/4022097/posts?page=13#12
(2) Has accused Ukraine of plotting false flag “acts of terror” in Crimea, leading the reader to believe he referred to terror attacks on civilians, but when pressed was only able to produce “evidence” involving taking out an electrical transformer or some such thing (and even THAT was not supported by his own Russian sources!).
https://freerepublic.com/focus/news/4021859/posts?page=15#15
(3) And has claimed Ukraine’s Zelensky campaigned as a Pro-Russian shill who was opposed to NATO, EU membership, etc., but that he “broke all his promises”; but when pressed with Zelensky’s ACTUAL campaign promises, which were the exact opposite of his claims (Zelensky even spent his own money funding Ukrainian militias!), posited that Zelensky’s true campaign promises were contained exclusively in the TV show he starred in!

This, and many other such outrageously stupid and deceitful statements, are the norm for this foul creature. And it seems he is so OCD in his compulsion to shill for Russia he won’t even let you talk about demographics in peace!
LOL. The claims of terror in Crimea are supported by the wiretap of the conversation between Biden and Poroshenko.
It is a sad day when the “Russian propaganda” turns true and the statements of the US government officials and mainstream media false.
It is you who are manipulating facts. 148 to 145 mi over 30 years doesn’t look like a demographic collapse no matter how hard you are trying to make it look this way.
Your source also consists of the false assumption that the drop in the Russian population is the worst in Europe except for Spain. That’s an outright lie, betraying the source as non-credible.
The median age in Russia is 40.3 years, in the US 38.5. Do you expect the US to collapse anytime soon? Remove the illegal aliens from the equation and the Russian figure is going to look more favorable.
