He peed in their punchbowl. Biden was talking out his ass — and had nothing to say about the contents of the bill anyway — so it was Biden who in effect didn’t keep his word, and Manchin had had enough of Biden’s ********. Psaki’s just a professional liar.

I think the Dems will meet his terms (which is eliminating 50 to 75 of the crap in the bill), just to get something. To us, it will look like a cave, and the Dems will claim such...but it will simply be what Manchin’s been holding out for the entire time. Because, unlike the RINOs, Manchin never opposed this bill outright - he only opposed the size of the bill.

And I still won’t be surprised when Slow Joe and Manchin are standing hand in hand in the Rose Garden amounting a last minute deal to secure Manchin’s vote.
Joe gets his multi trillion $$$ bill passed and West Virginia gets to restart coal mining operations (or something like that).
