I think the Dems will meet his terms (which is eliminating 50 to 75 of the crap in the bill), just to get something. To us, it will look like a cave, and the Dems will claim such...but it will simply be what Manchin’s been holding out for the entire time. Because, unlike the RINOs, Manchin never opposed this bill outright - he only opposed the size of the bill.
