President Joe Biden's decision to wait until Tuesday to address his plan to combat the rapidly spreading COVID Omicron variant has been met with incredulity as many criticized his apparent lack of urgency while he spends the weekend in Delaware.
It comes after Vice President Kamala Harris admitted on Friday that the administration was not prepared for the variant as cases doubled over the past 24 hours, with all but six states confirming cases, stoking fears of shutdowns similar to the ones in 2020.
Some have claimed that waiting till next week to outline a plan against Omicron is not a proactive move for a president who famously vowed to 'shut down the virus.'

Omicron is the side effects of the vaccine combined with the push for testing with fraudulent test kits that have no ability to diagnose omicron. Add to this the propaganda fear hysteria via the media taking advantage of seasonal colds and flu.

omicron has no known genetic direct ancestor after summer 2020, and a lot more mutations to boot.
it is entirely plausible that this was something that was also worked on in a lab, possibly by another party than the original lab work.
if that prospect is scary in the ‘big picture’ (different groups releasing different variants for their own purposes), I agree.
I also am not unaware that gates specifically mentioned smallpox as a future pandemic.
i think we are in a post-legal environment. do you trust scotus to uphold lower courts overturning such a rule, given sufficiently alarming noise about whatever the current variant is?

I know for a stone-cold fact that all the politicos and their pet talking heads are going to keep the cameras focused on the case count, because nobody wants to admit that this Omicron variant isn’t the Raging Death that they desperately need it to be to support their ongoing totalitarianism.
Exactly. It is so mild most people won’t even know they have it or have such minor symptoms only the really really at risk may actually have a severe enough reaction to it to require care, everyone else should shake it off in a few days.
