A homeless man will spent six years in prison for stabbing an 84-year-old Portland man after the elderly man, who had given him cash and tried to get him a job for a year, refused to give him more money.

There might once have been a time when a homeless person was actually needful and deserving of charity, but that time is no more.

Old guy helped a friend repeatedly. Finally tried to cut him off. The friend killed his benefactor with a fireplace poker-—in his own living room. Almost bought the house but it seemed a bit spooky.

Looks like we need to bring back hanging. Time to see homeless people as what they are, madmen who could snap at any time and return charity with death.

In general, homeless people are batshit crazy. Interacting with them in any way is dangerous, especially for the weak and elderly.
Dalal deserves a daily gang raping in prison.

Minimum mandatory sentence for assault in the second degree is 70 months.
I’m my experience handouts (no matter how dire the circumstances) always generate resentment against the person giving them. It shouldn’t be that way but it’s somehow human nature.
