On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) said that “we are never going to get our lives back to normal, never going to see our economy working in the way we want it to, our businesses open,” until the coronavirus is defeated.
While discussing the coronavirus situation in New Hampshire, Shaheen stated that New Hampshire doesn’t have as good a vaccination rate as the rest of New England, “So, we need to continue to encourage people to get their vaccinations, to get boostered, and to continue to wear facemasks, to do all of the things that we know work in this pandemic. Because until we defeat COVID, we are never going to get our lives back to normal, never going to see our economy working in the way we want it to, our businesses open, the ability of families to enjoy — and especially at this holiday season — we want people to be able to enjoy their families, to be able to get rest, and not have to worry about COVID.”

On the other hand, deaths involving COVID in the state of New Hampshire increased 164% in the month of October 2021, compared to (pre-vax) October 2020; and 117% in November 2021, compared to (pre-vax) November 2020. By way of comparison, COVID deaths in Vermont in the month of October 2021 increased 4000% compared to October 2020; and increased 138% in November 2021 compared to November 2020.
In Maine, COVID deaths in October 2021 increased 1430% compared to (pre-vax) October 2020; and increased 139% in November 2021, compared to (pre-vax) November 2020.
So, I dunno . . . when it comes to vaccination rates, maybe the good people of New Hampshire, contra the recommendation of their senior Senator, should leave well enough alone at this point.
She might as well have said, Shaheen: ‘Until We Defeat The Common Cold,’ We’ll Never ‘Get Our Lives Back to Normal,’ Have ‘Economy Working’ How We Want It to
So, in other words, she is letting us know we will be under permanent lockdown and permanent mandate.
Basically, House Arrest for the entire world, and an inform that you do not even own your own body.

Vaccinated people can spread Covid. There’s enough proof of that and no amount of the Hindi Twitter Czar banning talk of it can hide it. Until the establishment realizes that, nothing will work. Your vax jab or boost may keep you from getting ill but it won’t keep you from possibly spreading it.

NH has basically never been locked down and its economy is doing fine because of that. About half the people here wear masks and nobody says anything to anyone else that I have heard.
