Gunfire in Philadelphia's Nicetown section injured one man and damaged offices belonging to Pennsylvania Senator Sharif Street and the NAACP. ---SNIP--- "Roughly half of our staff has lost loved ones, and almost the entire staff has lost close friends to gun violence," Street said.
Street saw the bullet holes in the building and surveyed damage before leaving to Harrisburg for the next legislative session.
He told Action News that he's pushing to tap into the billions of dollars of surplus state funding.
"I estimate that if we did that statewide, we could address problems across the Commonwealth and push another $100 million into the City of Philadelphia for some of the programs that address gun violence," added Street.

You have to admit its a winning business plan. Enable crappy schools and lawlessness and then use the mayhem as an excuse for more funding.
It is not GUN violence. It is violence. Savagery, really. And it's being committed by human beings, not an inanimate object. The human beings in question are mostly so-called African Americans thanks to political and societal over-indulgence and infantilizing them, but getting that through the heads of far left idiots who foster such behavior is impossible.

I have a very innovative idea on how to stop crime. Build lots of prisons. When someone commits a crime lock them in them for a long time. I guarantee the crime rate will go down. The cost of doing this will be less than the overall cost of crime to our society.

Wouldn’t surprise me that it was either preplanned by the politicians or infighting among the corrupt politicians and their criminal underworld...which in Philadelphia is no longer the underworld but the ruling class.
