A 14-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting an 87-year-old woman before stealing her car at knifepoint outside a Wisconsin library last month, a report said.
The teen is accused of carrying out the horrific attack Nov. 30 at the Waukesha Public Library before driving away in the woman’s car, CBS 58 reported.
The elderly woman reported the crime to police who tracked the teen down in the car and arrested him after fled the vehicle on foot, the report said.
The suspect attended Waukesha high school, but since the attack has left the district, the report said.

its the same as making shop lifting legal. When you take the punishment away crime sores.
We decided ages ago to basically give young adults under the random age of 18 a pass when they commit illegal acts. And thus we encourage them in the process, just like the surge in shop lifting in liberal states at the moment.

Oddly enough, it is not terribly uncommon for a young black kid to rape an elderly white woman. I have heard of several instances. It happened to my friend’s grandmother. Gotta love that diversity!!
Gang initiation. Bonus points if the victim is white.
Same thing happened in front of a library in Tampa a few years ago. The victim was raped and beaten within an inch of her life by a “teen”. She is now heavily brain damaged and in a wheel chair for life.
We all know what the Newspeak term “teen” means.
