A 71-year old Chicago man was executed a block from his Chinatown home in a suspected random attack on his way to buy a newspaper Tuesday afternoon.
Dramatic footage reveals the moment Woom Sing Tse, a retired restaurateur, was walking by the Haines Elementary School, in Chinatown, when a silver two-door car slows by him.
The unidentified driver, believed to be in his 20s, pulls out a gun and begins shooting Tse, who falls to the ground.
The driver parks, steps out of the vehicle, and continues to unload his gun on the wounded man, killing him.
Tse, a Chinese immigrant who's lived in America for nearly 50 years, was taken to the nearby Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

It appears, even when wounded and down, he was capable of drawing a weapon and returning fire.

There has To be more to this story. I’m not buying the “random attack” claim. Random would have been driving by, capping a couple rounds, and racing off. This guy stopped his car got out walked over and executed the victim, and then strolled back to his car. He wanted this guy dead bad enough, he took the extra time to make sure, which increases the chance he’ll get caught.
Doesn’t sound random to me.
No doubt it is was White Supremist who did this.

Situational awareness is one thing, but monitoring every vehicle and individual of whom you are in range is impossible, especially for a lone individual in a 'peacetime' situation. You are dead or severely wounded before you can evaluate the situation, let alone get your weapon out, locate the shooter and return accurate fire.
