Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors’ employees nationwide was shot down by a federal judge in Georgia on Tuesday. Joe Biden and his White House’s legally questionable vaccine mandate for federal contractors’ was halted nationwide by a federal judge on Tuesday, it was confirmed this morning.
Set to take effect on January 4, 2022, the mandate applied to nearly one quarter of the entire United States workforce, as the mandate targeted all companies that do business with the federal government such as Microsoft, Google, Lockheed Martin, and General Motors.
This latest vaccine mandate shutdown comes after Kentucky federal judge’s grant of a preliminary injunction involving a lawsuit in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio.
The Biden regime’s government contractor mandate sparked a vast flurry of federal lawsuits from Arizona, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia, which argued that the regime did not have the legal authority to require the experimental injections, and that any such mandate was in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.
The mandates are part of the regime’s plan to get more Americans injected with an experimental vaccine that CDC officials confirm does not prevent individuals from contracting or spreading COVID-19.
Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate plan further involves using an emergency regulation from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) would force private companies with 100 or more employees to require the injections.
The federal contractor mandate shutdown comes as several OSHA mandate challenges are pending in appellate courts. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit recently stopped the enforcement of Biden’s OSHA regulation temporarily, and the Sixth Circuit is set to consider the challenges.
Already, the Sixth Circuit has denied the government’s request to move the case to Washington, D.C., and has refused the Biden regime’s request to hold it on abeyance.
Now the Civil service employee mandate needs a stake driven through its heart

He might have won an early decision or two in the lower courts but ever since then the more important courts have been striking down the mandate consistently.
That is a very interesting precedent.

Contractors are private employers providing a public service. Full faith and credit enjoining the Zombie's mandate, now firmly reaches into the private sector.
Much of the credit goes to Trump replenishing the Federal District Courts, and that banquet of #Winning will continue to pay off as those District judges are elevated to the Appeals Circuit -- no better example than United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Judge Justin R. Walker.
The only bad news is that the Zombie cadre purposefully made the OSHA reg radioactive to achieve this end. These puke Democrats like Biden and Bobblehead De Boobie actually believe the force-fed polls -- like bad veal -- that their dealers send them to make them believe that the experimental serum mandate fraud is a Democrat 'winner' in the end, delivering them the growing +60 segment of sheeple voters and a few Freeptards as well.
What that really means is that the same force-fed polls fed to the sheeple are intended to cover-up the next election where fraudulent mail-in ballots looked like this in 2020:

Not this time. Virginia is proof-of-concept that if armed GOP election judges are placed at every single goddamn precinct in the United States of America, Trump will landslide 2024 with a mandate.
And instead of signing the Executive Order to reinstate the "Mexico City Rule", which is a 'first-order' hallmark of every new GOP President, this time Trump will first sign an Executive Order to create a domesticUnited States Domestic Terrorist Tribunal, equivalent to the existing United States Alien Terrorist Removal Court (a special Court composed of 5 Article III judges, but a Court whose power has never been exercised); and immediately refer Biden, his family, and his Administration to the United States Domestic Terrorist Tribunal Special Prosecutor for referral, the stripping of their American citizenship, and their forcible Federal removal from the United States by exile.
