Journalists who cover crime in Oakland, California, are now becoming the victims of crimes as news crews are being robbed of expensive equipment. And those crimes include the recent shooting death of a security guard who was working for a local media outlet.
“The tragic turn of events last week and the unabating levels of violent crime has caused us to further enhance our safety procedures,” Jim Rose, vice president and general manager of KRON, said in a statement. “We have made immediate adjustments in our news gathering process and are also actively reviewing longer-term systemic changes to our coverage of the Bay Area.”

My guess is that the average California journalist has no idea who Ernie Pyle was, what he did or how he died.
No kidding! Just when you think they’ll never be good news out of that corny state.

It may not have been Dan Rather, but one of the old journalists went on record decades ago, saying that if he were with the troops, and if he saw Viet Cong waiting in an ambush, he would not warn the US troops. Because, you know, he wasn’t there to take sides, he was just there to cover the news.
In fact, the journalists have taken a side: they are against America. And this is what happens. Guess they chose poorly.
Great explanation of why any remaining conservatives need to leave the deep-blue states and cities ASAP. As these places slide into the cesspools of their own digging, conservatives will be targeted as victims or scapegoats.
The leftists are getting what they wanted. We should stand aside and let them have exactly what they wanted good and hard.
