Amid a surge in some New York City violent crime, Wall Street bigwigs continue to encourage younger staffers to come into the office — but to do so with caution.
At Bank of America, senior executives have quietly encouraged younger employees to “dress down” to attract less attention as they make their way to B of A’s tower at 1 Bryant Park.
These execs have told their staffers that dressing up, or wearing anything with a Bank of America logo, could make them a target. One bank employee told On The Money he is on high alert after he spotted someone with a knife near the office during a recent trek to the Manhattan workplace.

We’re fast becoming a third world s-hole.
I had been a customer of theirs since the mid-Seventies, and a couple of years ago, had enough of their wokeness, political activism, and lousy service and finally extricated myself from them over a period of months.
Scum. They are as responsible for this as anyone else.
Which is what they want. This is no accident.
My father taught me this 25 years ago. He was a successful businessman and his peers drove expensive cars. 25 years prior he had a Corvette. I asked him one day why he drove a pedestrian Buick sedan when he could drive anything he wanted.
He said, “I like to keep a low profile”.
Yup. Avoid the flash, keep your cash.
Junior staffers. Uh, because they can’t afford or aren’t given security details like the “upper echelon” staffers?
It’s called Third Worldization!:

Neistat was right in identifying a pandemic of crime in Los Angeles as Third Worldization.

In a medieval-type society of two rather than three classes, the rich in walled estates rarely worry that much about thievery. Crime is written off as an intramural problem of the poor, especially when the middle class is in decline or nonexistent.
Violent crime is now soaring in America. But two things are different about America’s new criminality.
• One is the virtual impunity of it. Thieves now brazenly swarm a store, ransack, steal, and flee with the merchandise without worry of arrest.
• • Second, the Left often justifies crime as a sort of righteous payback against a supposedly exploitative system.
So, the architect of the so-called 1619 Project, Nikole Hannah-Jones, preened of the riotous destruction of property during the summer of 2020:
“Destroying property, which can be replaced, is not violence.”
Third Worldization reflects the asymmetry of law enforcement. Ideology and money, not the law, adjudicate who gets arrested and tried, and who does not.

My family criticizes my rusted 16 year-old SUV. I really like it because 1) it still runs great and I don't put a lot of money into it, 2) its been in accidents and is very safe and sturdy, 3) I don't care if it gets dings in parking lots and 4) its great urban camouflage.

Easy, just figure out where employees cluster when coming or going, and provide them with an armed guard. They wait until a minimum number are in the cluster, or a length of time has passed. Good coordination makes it happen smoothly.
