For perspective, keep in mind that much of Detroit is “less than a mile from the Canadian border”.
How about they arrest and put on trial the school officials who ignored all the warnings signs and put everyone in that school at risk. This child was obviously suffering from mental illness. Put the “Village” on trial.
The Border is a very large “River” that is not wade-able.
And more than a bit chilly this time of year.
Nothing like influencing a potential jury before the trial.
Does anyone know what medications they have been giving the young lad over the years! Time Big Pharma start paying their dues for the obvious. Had a grandson that did pills in a black bottle, and side effects were irrational behaviour, suicide...(and I could add mass murders!) Hasn’t many of the most recent gun incidents been involved with people who had been really heavily dosed up?
That’s what I was going to say. Sure it’s 1/2 a mile from Canada. On the other side of the Detroit river. A relatively fast flowing ‘strait’ not really a river.
This time of the year for sure it would be suicidal to swim it as the water temperature is around 40 degrees. That leaves the The Ambassador Bridge or The Detroit - Windsor Tunnel to get to Canada. These borders have been all but closed due to COVID & likely would be tough to get through when on the lamb.
So stupid!
Don’t you just love how the news and social media pulls stuff out their backsides and runs with it.
Ah, now we see mama’s warning about ‘learn not to get caught’ was about him researching gun ammo at school. Researching at school being the operative point. That shines a whole new light on it rather than leading viewers to believe she told him don’t get caught shooting up the school.
This is more of the manipulation and outright lies that caused so many to believe Rittenhouse had killed 3 blacks.
True. The foreign country angle doesn’t make sense.
Mexico was the better choice.
My first thought is I feel really bad for this couple.
They didn’t want any of this. Panicked and ran.
Simple folk, in the ultimate bad situation.
Running, while not smart, I can excuse.
