Court Orders FDA To Comply With FOIA and Release Information On Pfizer Vaccine – First Batch of Documents Shows Over 1,200 Vaccine Deaths WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released the first batch of documents related to Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine after a federal judge ordered that they must comply with a massive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that was filed by a government accountability group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency.

The esteemed group of more than 30 professors and scientists asked the federal government to share any and all data that factored into the agency’s hasty decision to grant Pfizer’s experimental mRNA vaccine an emergency use authorization (EUA) – which amounts to a trove of over 329,000 documents.

In a shameless effort to bury the information, the FDA challenged the FOIA request in court. After the agency was told that it must turn over the documents, Justice Department lawyers representing the FDA asked a federal judge to allow them an unthinkable 55 years to process the request, saying that they would be able to release just 500 pages a month.

In other words, Elon will make it to Mars way before the documents would be fully released – in the year 2076.

A motion that was also filed by the same group of doctors and scientists is currently pending in federal court that would force the FDA to expedite processing and releasing these documents.

Meanwhile, the FDA still has to comply with the original order to begin turning over documents. Lo and behold, the first release is a bombshell.

According to an official Pfizer document that is titled Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Records Reports, in just the first 90 days of the vaccine’s roll out under the FDA’s EUA – from December 1st. 2020 – February 28th, 2021 – there were TENS OF THOUSANDS of reported adverse reactions, including OVER 1200 DEATHS.

The report only included adverse events to the vaccine that researchers considered “serious cases,” there were thousands more submissions that were left out of this data.

Any cases deemed “non-serious” would be processed within 90 days, but this report was released before 90 days of Pfizer’s vaccine being available had even passed.

“Due to the large numbers of spontaneous adverse event reports received for the product, the MAH has prioritised the processing of serious cases, in order to meet expedited regulatory reporting timelines and ensure these reports are available for signal detection and evaluation activity.

Non-serious cases are processed as soon as possible and no later than 90 days from receipt. Pfizer has also taken a multiple actions to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports.”

In all, the report states that there were a total of 42,086 case reports of individuals who had an adverse reaction to Pfizer’s vaccine worldwide, with the largest number (13,739) coming from the United States and from the UK (13,404).

According to the documents women (29,914) were over 3x more likely to experience a reaction than men (9182). A total of 1223 individuals had a fatal reaction to the experimental Pfizer vaccine.

How did the FDA not immediately pull the experimental jab out of circulation? Let alone grant multiple extensions of the EUA to Pfizer while working with the fraudulent Biden regime to push a needle into the arm of every single American.

The document also makes it clear that the data only includes “recorded adverse events,” which even the author admits is likely just a portion of the true number of adverse reactions that took place.

Again, keep in mind, this is within the first 90 days of the Pfizer jab’s availability.

“Reports are submitted voluntarily, and the magnitude of underreporting is unknown.

Some of the factors that may influence whether an event is reported include: length of time since marketing, market share of the drug, publicity about a drug or an AE, seriousness of the reaction, regulatory actions, awareness by health professionals and consumers of adverse drug event reporting, and litigation.”

Pfizer’s “confidential” Covid-19 vaccine adverse reaction review ends with thousands of conditions that are of “special interest” and could possibly develop after taking their experimental jab. The single-space typed list continues for an astonishing 9 pages.

Yet somehow the paper concludes that the “review of available data” was good enough and demonstrated a “favorable benefit-risk balance” for the rushed vaccine.

What’s the benefit-risk balance on a virus that has a 99.9% recovery rate? The benefit – at least for Pfizer – is clear; It doesn’t matter how many otherwise healthy lives are lost – they are CASHING IN to the tune of $1,000 PER SECOND with a projected $36 BILLION in profit this year from the vaccine alone – it’s criminal.

The FDA clearly agreed with Pfizer, extending the EUA despite the high number of deaths and serious reactions in the short amount of time Pfizer’s jab had been available.

I am not impugning your right to choose to be vaccinated or not, and I already expressed my concerns about the long term side effects of the vaccine. You are right to question and I fully support your right to remain unvaccinated. This is a site for Freedom-loving Republicans, but sadly too many members insist on reposting stuff from the conspiracy kooks like Alex Jones, which confirms what the Leftists choose to believe about us.

There is a difference between saying “I don’t want to be vaccinated, because I have doubts about the efficacy and safety of the vaccine” and shrieking “Vaccines are POISON and they want to murder us all!” The first is a rational proclamation of one’s fundamental freedom and the other is the ranting of an unhinged, paranoid loon.

However, my suggestion has somehow inflamed some FReepers’ delicate sensibilities and are now attacking me with pearl-clutching hubris and “how dare you!” outrage. I just don’t want to be associated with the loons.

Absolutely I am. Biden, after having promised to eradicate the virus, has failed and is getting increasingly desperate and authoritarian. For whatever reason, the Left believes it has to been seen as doing something. Trump brought us the vaccines, like ‘em or hate ‘em, which has saved the folks most at risk, which was the original goal. Now the Biden Administration has blown past “15 days to slow the spread” to avoid overburdening our hospitals last year to treating this relatively mild infection like it’s the Bubonic plague.

Vaccines are available and plentiful and have shown some efficacy in preventing or at least reducing the severity of the virus. Take ‘em, don’t take ‘em, but please people should stop screaming about Bill Gates depopulation conspiracies and Dr. Mengele comparisons to that idiot egotist Fauci. People should be allowed to openly discuss the facts and and attempt by the government or their henchmen in Big Tech to censor or suppress that is unAmerican.

How will it ever be proven that those effects were a result of the shots, years later?

I've written this previously, but I think it's worth repeating...

One of the most vital and important (yet perhaps boring) elements in legitimate clinical trials, is the consistent, routine, accurate, and timely collection and recording of side-effect and efficacy data. Trials usually run from two to ten years, with meaningfully large test and control groups. Indeed, the FDA's own websites clearly state that "It's the clinical trials that take so long--usually several years," says Sandra Kweder, M.D., deputy director of the Office of New Drugs in the CDER.

With all this data being collected soberly, a full assessment of the benefits AND side effects can be determined. Things like adverse effects, fatalities, and the like can be observed AND recorded and also vetted (maybe Bob wasn't killed by the shot...or maybe he was).

Not only that, the long time-series of data allows not just for an immediate calculation of vaccine efficacy (VE) but the observation of VE over time, to see if the impact decays and with what kind of pattern (good for a long time then a speedy drop, gradual decline, immediate drop etc).

That's what should have happened with these shots.

Instead, we got a few months of testing, a high VE, and the "all clear" for EUA. The EUA was not fully explained in the context I provided, with a strong caveat emptor warning. Anyone who offered the context I provided was an "antivaxxer."

To be sure, the very early results in the spring of 2021 were ok....cases declined (though that may have simply been a seasonal decline - it would have been nice to assess that possibility with a long-term trial...), and VE held up.

Then we got reports of bad side effects, sickness, and tragically fatalities. Here is where the absence of controlled clinical trials was revealed: there was NO centralized, homogeneous, controlled collection of these side-effects. It was chiefly citizen reporting, requiring the development of citizen databases...a sort of Nachumlist for shots.

Because this very quickly descended into political science vs medical science, anyone voicing concern about these shots on the basis of this citizen reporting was demonized. What made many people realize this was political science, was that just a few months earlier, "respected" people like Christine Grady ( Fauci's wife) were saying basically the same things, e.g., circa February 2021-

57:26 “…should COVID vaccines be mandated for healthcare providers?” My response is the following…in many healthcare institutions, healthcare workers are required to take flu vaccines…in order to take care of patients, in order to protect the patients. I think that…where we are in the history of this pandemic, I don’t think mandating is the right choice at this point, for several reasons. We still need more data…the two vaccines that are being distributed are under an Emergency Use Authorization – they are not approved vaccines (emphasis from Dr. Grady)…and there is this background of concern about politicization…and distrust…that I think it's a mistake to force people to take it. So I don’t think we should be mandating vaccines.

Well...ain't that a kick in the head!?!

Fast-forward to today...we have most of the nation (if not planet) having received shots or natural immunity, and no legitimate, controlled long-term clinical trial. There is now statistical evidence of VE waning over a few months, necessitating boosters (that wasn't known when the EUA was authorized...that'd have been a nice little detail to tell the nation but, ya know, we didn't have time for long-term trials...).

And now this data dump..

We have weekly if not daily media stories happily chirping when the unvaxxed die of the virus, goalpost moving re: lying that the shots were all about lessened symptoms when they were only approved for PREVENTION, and if anyone who HAS gotten a shot dies of what is clearly a reaction, that news is suppressed or ridiculed. Immunity no good, but shot is good.

It is so comical that people who used to question authority - like musicians and artists - are now DEMANDING that we obey authority. When punk rockers are anti-shot and Dave Grohl of Flu Pfizers is pro shot, you know we're in the upside-down.
