Bump
Suck on that Dementia Joe!
I will lose my job on Jan 5th if I don’t get jabbed and provide my proof by Jan 4th. Lose as in, terminated for cause, no severance.
My company is denying and and all religious exemptions despite providing documentation, and is also mandating this for remote staff, despite not having contact with office bound colleagues.
(also, we just found out that they will be outsourcing large amounts of staff in the spring, so this is probably a cheap means to reduce staff to ramp up to that).
Nice. He states it very clearly, too
Thanks
At least they got it right, even if for some flawed reasons.
Sorry to hear it, but that sounds like a rotten employer.

This ruling should give you and everyone like you even MORE ammo to sue their asses off.
Don’t quit... don’t take the jab... let them fire you.
Make sure you have evidence that the refusal to vaccinate WAS the reason.
Why should the admin care what the courts say? They do whatever they want.
What company is this?
I sincerely hope you arrive in a better position than you are now.
Plus any new hires will be less pay than current, long time employees.............
Happened to me once. Company had massive layoffs/terminations then hired new people at less than half wages..............
It sounds like a terrible employer. A person I know had religious exemptions approved and assisted others in obtaining them. The company made it clear they didn’t want to lose any employees. When this ruling came through, all requests for exemptions were frozen, to resume if needed. Your company sounds hideous.
Sorry about your situation. It sounds like the management has lost their minds. What is the point of risking an injury lawsuit for a “vaccine” that does not protect from illness, death or transmission of disease?
Really old info. Like 2 weeks old. The cases have been consolidated in the 6th Circuit (chosen by lottery), and there hasn’t been a peep since.
Sorry to hear, spread the word.
Lawyers should get richer on this.
Nobody wins over stupidity and thuggery though.
It is all a blight on society.
