A very pleasant good Thursday morning and ((HUGS)) to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country.

How's everyone doing this morning?

Partying with friends. Giving a lot of charity. I love the holiday!

Oh, I was going to ask about the heat, and yay! It’s back on! I know you’ll be really happy when December comes callin’!

Yeah...we have leaves falling, too. One. At. A. Time. LOL! If this keeps up, we’ll lose the last one on New Year’s Eve. I guess I can’t complain.

Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))

Did you take Gizmo back to Chisolm Trail Park yesterday? He sure seems to like that big field of tall grass to run through.

It was a big relief to wake up and find out the unit was up and running again. This time of year, it’s easy to find yourself at the end of a long waiting list of people needing heaters repaired. We got lucky and called on a slow day.

Had to laugh at your leaves falling One. At. A. Time. Don’t even have to rake. Just go out and pick up the couple that fall each day. LOL

It won’t be much longer before all of ours are down and Hubby can mow them into mulch. Well, except for the black jack oaks. Those don’t drop until early spring. They hang there brown and ugly all winter.

My plow guy came between the off-cycle pick up and regular trash truck. So he moved the barrels and by the time he left (he did not put the barrels back where he found them) the snow was a foot deep around them. So out I went and wrangled them back where they belonged. Can’t hardly tell he’s been here, but I have half as much to contend with getting out tomorrow. And it’s not the 20” from a couple weeks ago on the one day I have to go out. 😁

I actually spent much of yesterday trying to figure out how to decipher what they call a "QR Code". I scheduled a booster shot appointment for next week and they're having people bring their QR Code with them.

I finally was able to figure it out. I took a picture of the code on my iPhone. We'll see how things work out with the appointment.

But, no we did Wichita Ridge as we always do every Wednesday. (Chisolm Trail Park is Tuesdays and Thursdays. We plan on going there later today). We did have a great visit with spectacular weather.

Well darn. The plow guy made more work for you.
At least he was there and you don’t need a snowmobile to get around tomorrow. LOL
Then again, you might. It’s STILL snowing.

LOL! I can’t keep up with which day is which playground for you two.

I see Giz found a good spot to roll in yesterday. :-)

I’m glad they got to it quickly, especially when they have to be so busy. I had ours off today and the doors open. LOL!

How busy they are varies from one day to the next. We were just lucky today was a slow day.

You certainly didn’t need your heat on yesterday, no with 80 degrees. I might crack a couple of windows tomorrow and Friday but it will be a little cool to have them wide open.
