Members of the far-right Proud Boys group marched through Rockville, LI, over the weekend, storming into stores and disrupting shoppers, according to video and reports.

About 20 members of the organization — classified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center and Anti-Defamation League — took over a street Saturday while clad in black, their faces covered by bandanas, and hoisting “Don’t Tread on Me” flags as they blared rap music from a truck, video shows.

The ability of FReepers to just say "false flag" or "FBI plants" amazes me. I've spoken to a number of Proud Boys. They are mostly losers who fantasize about the coming war (the West vs everyone else). They are mostly out-of-shape guys with little going for them. They are admitted chauvinists. They are not all white. They have a number of minority members (most of the ones I've met are just looking for acceptance and friends and the PBs offer them both).

Why are FReepers so hesitant to admit the PBs are real and hold events like this? They've marched in Long Island twice in the last two months.
