Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

If vaccines work, how are people who are unvaxinated endangering those who are?
It seems reasonable to assume they are only endangering themselves, which they have every right to do.
Unless vaccines DONT WORK.. in which case why push for them so hard?
So many people we know got sick months later, not from Covid, after getting jabbed. It is far more than coincidence. Anyone else seeing same?

On September 9, 2021, President Biden directed OSHA to issue a rule requiring private sector employers with 100 or more employees to mandate that employees either get an approved COVID-19 vaccination.... and in the 18 months or so of COVID before that time, they had NOT made the judgment to do that, so no.
My buddy, who’s almost never sick enough to miss work, got jabbed about 15 days ago, and has now been in bed for four days, about as sick (with respiratory symptoms) as he’s ever been. Getting better now, thank God.
There must be bodies everywhere.

The vaccinated need to be protected from the unvaccinated who refuse to take the vaccine that didn’t protect the vaccinated...............................
Maybe it’s such an urgent panic because the side effects are about to start manifesting from the earlier vaxxed and they have to get it into everyone while there’s still a window.

But be advised, Xiden's cadre wants the mandate halted by the Courts, they think that they can actually run on that in 2022 and 2024, "It was taken out of our hands!"; while at the same time the White Hospice believes they will tertiarily benefit from the mandate having actually been blocked, to take the pressure off what was becoming a 3-Minute-Hate (regards to '1984') when Brandon appeared anywhere.
The CDC has informed OSHA of the likely danger of COVID.
