The thefts come one day after a group of 80 brazen shoplifters entered a Nordstrom in nearby Walnut Creek Three people were arrested in that incident, in which three employees were injured
And on Friday, a Luis Vuitton store in San Francisco's Union Square was targeted and ransacked by a group of more than a dozen thieves
Residents in the business owners in the area cite a 2014 law that downgraded the theft of property less than $950 in value from a felony charge to a misdemeanor for the rise in thefts They also blame woke San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin for a rise in crime - he now faces a recall election amid fury over his soft-on-crime stance

Exactly. I can’t imagine what it would take for them to lure me back. I used to love everything but we spent most of our stay in Monterey Bay. I miss the California of yesterday.
If you do not own a pump action shot gun, you should move outa town.
More hammer control of course.
Stores should start putting up signs outside that say:
“These premises are patrolled and protected by Kyle Rittenhouse. We are not responsible for lost body parts, maiming or death as a result of your idiotic and criminal behavior.”
Then shoot a couple of these azzholes and watch it all stop.
Meanwhile, my local Best Buy has a guy at the door with an official Best Buy baseball bat under his table.

Even in red states we have idiots who vote for democrats and we elect some “republicans” who turn out to be rinos. Anyone who actually believes in the constitution is considered a lunatic by all democrats and a huge percentage of republicans. In fact anyone who even KNOWS a bare minimum about the REAL CONSTITUTION stands out like some kind of weirdo. Ask a few “conservatives” what kind of government the constitution guarantees and see how few even understand the question.

My guess is that most of them are emotionally convinced, as opposed to being intellectually convinced.
I doubt all that many of them actually study and think through the arguments - instead, they decide what they want first and they look around for arguments that seem to support what they already believe - and that will help them get their own way.
Yep. People from all over the world joined Isis for no other reason than that they could kill with (to them) justification. They didn’t give one fig about Islam. They’d mouth the platitudes and kneel on the rugs but never believed any of it. This is often the reason people join such movements. The same with Antifa. They are recruited from prisons and halfway houses and mental hospitals. Same same the SA in Germany. The ideology is only an excuse to commit acts of evil.
