The judge presiding over the custody case of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Sean Parnell on Monday awarded primary custody of his three children to his estranged wife.
Laurie Snell and Parnell separated in 2018. They have three children, ages 12, 11 and 8. During her testimony on the first day of the Butler County custody trial on Nov. 1, Snell alleged that Parnell had physically abused both her and her children.
During his testimony the next week, Parnell denied he’d ever struck anyone in his family.
A court docket in the case showed Senior Judge James Arner awarded primary physical and sole legal custody to Snell, with partial physical custody to go to Parnell.

Yeah, sad but not unexpected. Sean is a good guy and a team player. This type of stuff would not keep a Democrat from running (or your Philadelphia ring county suburban housewife from voting for him), but it is a no go for any Republican.
Hoping that Sean can get his domestic affairs straightened out in the future and maybe come back stronger to take out that cipher Bob Casey Jr. in 2026.
But the Donald needs to find someone else to back now before the party RINOs inflict us with another Toomey or Specter.

Very sad news indeed.
Oh the RINOs. They are more of a cancer than the Democrats.
It’s bad that he’s out but it’s also good that he’s leaving. As you stated earlier about them bringing up the dirt in the divorce, they would have threaded all of that with President Trump’s history with women. It would have been bad.

My daughter at the tender age of 18 told me she thought giving the women the vote was a terrible idea based on the shallow type of conversations she had about politics with classmates. Not sure you remember this. But in my early years of writing I wrote an article back in March of 2009 about the effect women have had in politics since they were given the right to vote. It was something I wrote as a way to understand why Obama was elected. Especially since women overwhelmingly voted for him.
The best thing about it is the 570 plus comments it generated on FR. It went on for quite some time. The stats FR used back then show the post had well over 12,000 views.
This is the link to the FR post if your interested in the comments.
19th Amendment, Was it the Beginning of the End for America? The paper I wrote it for changed formats and scrubbed their archives. I recently stumbled upon an archived copy of it on the Wayback Machine, grammatical errors and all. I wes new at writing. It even has the 500 plus comments it generated from the community. To this day, it still holds the record for number of comments the paper ever received on any of their blogs. They actually shut them down after they received 500 comments. No one could keep up to them as they just overwhelmed the newspaper's staff. Today they just ignore blogs.

While your piece could use a bit of editing, it is even more true today than in 2009. I'll probably share it on FakeBook to see how many women unfriend me.

FReepers, keep an eye on your womenfolk. If you think they might be voting D, lock them in on Election Day. Wives, daughters, sisters, mothers, any crazy Karen aunts.

Thanks. It definitely could use some editing. As I said, it was in the early years of my writing. My writing has improved immensely since then.
When I shared it to the newspaper I used to blog with, it was one of the top 100 topics discussed on the WWW.
Sadly I never again achieved such fame. I feel like Billy Ray Cyrus did about Aichy Breaky Heart. He hated that song, and sadly, he never again had a song achieve the fame again which he got from it.
