” These BLM idiots still think that Kyle shot black people. “

I think if the truth were known, all the power behind BLM is white Communists who consider blacks as nothing but pawns in their little game of power.

We on The Right wouldn't have done ANYTHING but moan if Rittenhouse had been railroaded by "Mr. Wint" Binger and "Mr. Kidd" FatKraut, despite clear interference from the Department of Jesters and the FBSSI.

Time to man up.

The usual scam the fed gov runs is to charge innocent men like Rittenhouse with “civil righs” violations. By defending himself he deprived the attackers of their civil rights. Watch for this to be tendered, and watch the reaction if the DC crime syndicate actually tries it. It worked against the Police of Simi Valley, but that was then. Trump’s legacy is that he empowered we the people to find our voice.

The only possible charges they could bring would be under “violating the victims’ civil rights.”

It would not surprise me in the least to see Federal charges filed against KH. He has become a symbol and that cannot be allowed to stand.

These people have no qualms about the appearance of overreach. Quite the opposite: it is all about showing that they have so much power that you must NEVER oppose their agenda.

CNN was quick to inform the thugs of Kyle’s exact location. The school where he is enrolled and his college major, then asked rhetorically if life on campus might be difficult for him.

I think the angle Dems in congress will take is to make the circumstances that made Kyle able to legally possess the AR in Wisconsin a federal crime. In place, the Dems hope there will be new federal gun laws to prohibit states from reciprocating gun laws, make it illegal for an Illinois resident to possess and use guns in another state and bans on “assault weapons.”

Feds are working on firearms charges. That’s their best bet to convict him.

Even if the Dems try it and actually pass a new law, it would not have been a federal crime at the time of the incident.

If the perpetrator is white and all the victims are white what in the hell does Black Lives Matter have to do with it at all?

Well actually what they would do is the federal government would file civil rights violations which can actually land you in jail. Last people I’ve seen the government do that to they got an eight year sentence out of it.

It didn’t occur on federal land. It didn’t violate federal law since the dead were not federal employees. Federal murder charges are not appropriate.

I would agree with you to a point.

IF they try to file murder charges at the federal level, it
would still be double jeopardy. > IMO

I may not be right, but the essence of double jeopardy would
have slipped through.

Murder is almost always a state crime, not a federal one. There are exceptions such as murdering a federal employee while performing their job.

As i defined it in parenthesis in my post. A definition which cannot apply, even stretching a point (which they will tortuously apply like pretzel logic) to arrive at the result they need.

No Federal and State are separate and it is not double jeopardy.

That said, there isn’t any thing to charge him with federally.
