I grew up in a city and got out ASAP. I could see this scenario brewing up even then. We really don’t value safety until we have it. Lived in Blacksburg until BLM started showing off and saw the hand writing on the wall. Commies moved in downtown, paid disruptors. Cashed in during the white hot real estate market there this year and bought the most expensive house ever sold in Narrows. 12 acres, 7000 sq ft house for $325k. Strange.

It’s peaceful in my neck of the woods. I heard a few gun shots earlier in the day, but that was deer hunters on the large acreage abutting our property.

There might have been a few KR-15 rounds shot off just after the verdict was announced, but I’m sure that was just celebratory target practice.

I think there may be quite a few people who use it as an opportunity to loot in the big cities, particularly Chicago, although it may be tomorrow night after the news travels the grapevine.

Black Friday is next week, and they probably are not going to get a better excuse between now and Christmas.

In flipping around the channels, on the evening news broadcasts saw some loudmouth from the Rainbow Push Coalition on the steps of the courthouse barking some no justice no peace sort of crap. On these same broadcasts they were now associating any/all civil unrest or 'domestic terrorism' with "right winger" groups. The way I take that is if there is any rioting about the Rittenhouse trial it's going to be on the "right wing" people. They have the nerve don't they.
