More than 125 people who were caught up in the deadly Astroworld music festival crush have sued rapper Travis Scott and other organisers for $750m (£556m).
The family of Axel Acosta, 21, one of the 10 victims, are among those bringing the legal case in the US.
It claims Scott and guest star Drake kept performing despite accounts of "lifeless bodies being passed through the crowd in full view of the stage".
Scott has said he was not aware of the tragedy until coming off stage.
Last week, the rapper said he was "distraught" by the events in Houston, Texas, on 5 November, and promised to "provide aid" to every affected family.
Fellow rapper Drake has said his "heart is broken for the families and friends of those who lost their lives and for anyone else who is suffering".

I don't think that every concert injury or fatality is the fault of the performer(s), but these guys clearly thrive on that kind of "energy" and they are known for people getting hurt at their concerts. So f1ck 'em.
That man that lost his 9 year old son was gut wrenching. The guy was beyond grief, “my boy my boy, we were suppose to spend a lifetime together”. I can’t even begin to imagine the agony of losing a kid like that and at so young an age. Can you imagine the guilt? His son was on his shoulders when he was knocked over and then crushed.
Ever since reading about the Happy land fire in NYC 1990 and seeing the lines of bodies on the sidewalk, I try to avoid all places where there are crowds. Just that story alone gave me the phobia, I stopped even going to concerts. I just hate being out of control and around that many people, if something goes wrong there’s really nothing you can do.

The Station nightclub fire is another one, in ONE minute things got out of control.....

Yes, but what idiot brings (or allows to go) a 9 year old to a 50K person ‘rap’ concert.
I’m with you. I avoid crowds, especially lately. Indeed, now it seems that my antisocial tendencies, that used to get me lots of criticism if not in trouble, are vindicated.
Why do people take children to something like that? That’s what I was wondering.
I was for years in a band that was VERY LOUD. (We sometimes had fights and stuff happen at our shows; once a guy got shot outside the club where we were playing.) One time we were going to play at an art gallery. The gallery owner brought his little daughter (I think she was about 9-10 - I don’t know much about kids, though) because “she really wants to see you guys.” I said something to him and I think the other guys in the band said something like, “Hey, you might want to take your kid out of here.” (Trying to be responsible!)
So we were getting ready to sound check and this kid was sitting on a crate, just grinning like “wow, this is great!” She saw us putting in our ear plugs; I think someone offered her some ear plugs and she refused.
Anyway, at the first crashing chord of the first sound-check song, the kid just totally changed. She looked terrified, began to cry, and ran from the room.
Her dad got upset with us. We warned him.
What an idiot. Did he have no idea how loud music equipment usually is?
no kidding. the lyrics alone are not fit for a nine year old.
He probably thought we would turn it down just for the kid. I’m not sure what was going on in his mind, though.
I agree. A satanic rap concert at that.
Everything about this concert was stupid, from the performers to the organizers to the attendees. This Travis Scott dude likes for his audiences to rush the stage. He said he sees his events as being like WWF events in which the audience is full of "rage and rebellion". Anybody who thought it was a good idea to take part in something like that is an idiot.
Travis Scott has been buying the good graces of the city of Houston for a long time now. He has a reputation of being very generous when it comes to lending a helping hand when Houston needs it (that’s why a father took his 9 year old to see him, he is, or was, beloved in Houston). So now when he wants to have another outdoor concert, all the city agencies involved were just too happy to let him do whatever he wants to do. Never mind that he has incited violence at his other concerts over the years. I hope he is never allowed to have another outdoor concert here, or anywhere.

Harris County will not be conducting independent third-party investigation into Astroworld Fest
After nearly two hours of discussion in an executive session on Monday, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo said she didn’t get the three votes she needed for her proposal. Instead, Harris County Administrator David Berry will be doing his own review.
“I still think that we should do more. ... The responsible thing is to take a big-picture look at all the things that happened,” Hidalgo said. “I pushed as hard as I could. That’s why we were in there for so long and made every argument under the sun and this is what we came out with.”
