Yes. That's true.

Those companies should be sued. They have no lawful authority to mandate their employee's take a daily aspirin, as a condition of their employment, because the executives believe it's beneficial for everyone's health.

Same goes for mandating an injection.

I agree that the Center for Medicare Services needs to drop their mandate, but it is on more solid legal grounds due to the contractural nature between healthcare organizations and Medicare/Medicaid.
