Public Schools Say Teacher ‘Fatigue’ Is Causing Massive Staffing Shortages Despite Being Home for...

As public school cancellations abound across the nation, districts are citing “fatigue” and the need for teacher “mental health day[s]” as the cause for staffing shortages despite the fact that many teachers have been home for over a year due to the coronavirus, according to Fox News.

Colorado Education Association President Amy Baca-Oehler told USA Today that “there’s an overwhelming sense of exhaustion” amid some Denver-area schools returning to remote learning as a way to mitigate the effects of slim staffing. “The reality is that these districts just don’t feel they have any other options than canceling school for the day,” Baca-Oehler said.

But as Fox News reports, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Washington, and Maryland have also seen major issues with staffing, as, for example, 600 Seattle teachers requested the Friday after Veterans Day off. While the district blamed the request on “the fatigue that educators and students are experiencing, locally and nationwide, 11 weeks into the return to in-class learning,” a sentiment felt nationwide by parents is that teachers “care about themselves more than they care about the kids,” per one Pennsylvania parent.

My daughter is not a teacher but loves working from home.

I think most teachers would like to work from home....and the losers are the kids.

I’d be “fatigued,” too, if my bosses insisted that I teach all things woke all day and help the students feel good about themselves without meritorious conduct.

Likely a lot of the teacher fatigue is caused by the ever-increasing illiterate, non-English speaking illegals entering the public schools.

Poor babies. Just fire all of these teachers and do the classes via the internet. Who cares if the so called students learn anything. Learning is Racist!

Plus no more discipline in the classrooms. Back in the old days, you could send the student to the principal’s office and that would be the end of it. No more.

This is what happens when you let women take over a job field. Gynocentrification.

They spent 50 years getting rid of as many straight males in teaching spots and administration.

Now the public schools are top-heavy majority women in admin and teaching spots, and ths is now the crap you get. They can’t even hadle doing their jobs and need mental health days.

Mental health days came about from women employees. Guys hitoricaly never got mental health days. No one cared they were hurting or dealing with personal problems. They worked or they got fired.

Beware the high-functioning mentally ill. Their authoritarianism is a masking behavior necessary to convince themselves of their superiority and normalcy.

They are all over the government and prosper because within the administrative culture they will usually outcompete and outlast healthy and more reasonable personalities. The Darwinian selection continues to increase their institutional density and dominance because normally decent and healthily-minded personalities will be driven out by the serial institutional disease and dispositional pathology spread by infiltrating and aggressively nesting Cluster B and other high-functioning mentally ill.

They are systematically creating a refuge where they are what’s normal. This is Natural Selection at work.

You are being selected against. As their domination of media and governance bodies increases, the rights, liberties and security of the psychologically healthy and dispositionally balanced worsens and becomes increasingly marginalized by their predations. You are the living proof of their illness and must be destroyed for them to feel safe.

This is not just sick. These institutional concentrations and subversions are extremely dangerous.

It’s all about the Cluster B.

Teacher ‘fatique’ or frustration from not being able to teach CRT theory and TRANS-before-everyone-else demands without those pesky parents poking their noses into official school business?

And what you say confirms what I have said prior.

The women majority in the schools begging for mental health days can’t handle it. In 2011, ten years ago, 1 in 4 adult women in America were on prescription drugs for mental health issues, and in 2021 that number has gone higher.

Probably another 1 in 4 need to be on meds and aren’t.
