Don’t get too excited or hopeful for a just outcome for this trial. An armed citizen killed two Marxist stormtroopers and wounded a third. This is just not acceptable to America’s ruling cabal. Rittenhouse despite all evidence will be found guilty of a felony, be sentenced to a prison under the control of the commissars and be harshly punished by the Marxist goons.

The case for self-defense has already been established.
The witnesses yesterday did nothing to help the defense case.
Bringing in this particular impeachment witness is pointless.
Juries don’t like seeing that their time is being wasted.
The best thing that Kyle Rittenhouse can do is keep wearing that mask and not give any leads into his thinking.
He doesn’t a need a juror catch an accidental smirk.
He was smiling and mirthing with his counsel. He will need to look sober.
This case is over. But he may face litigation by the aggrieved families.
There's no such verdict in our system; that is not the legal standard. That type of thinking (or articulation) is partly why OJ Simpson still has loyal fans.
I’ve been trying cases in Federal and state courts for just over forty years, and I am struck by the low level of trial advocacy shown by both sides in this case. The defense is clearly doing better than the prosecution, but they should have destroyed the prosecution’s case by now. Maybe it’s a difference in culture between the Midwest and the East Coast, but when I hear arguments devoid of any authority like “Well, your honor, we usually don’t admit impeachment documents” I have to scratch my head and wonder.
How could the judge NOT dismiss the case once the prosecution rested. I’ve been on too many juries. One murder case I was on was dismissed, rightly so, after the prosecution rested. Everyone was pretty sure that the guy did it, but they had ZERO proof.
The defendant went on to murder his mother a couple years later. He is doing life in Mansfield State.
