U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Becky Sullivan of NPR makes a startling claim of fact, which is not in evidence from the trial or the criminal complaint.
It is especially relevant because it is a claim about a crucial moment in the sequence of events where the apparent first aggressor, Joseph Rosenbaum, attacked Kyle Rittenhouse. Mr. Rosenbaum attempted to grab the barrel of the rifle Rittenhouse had pointed toward the ground between him and Rosenbaum. The relevant testimony is at 2:34:40 in the video of the trial.
The rifle is pointed at the ground between Rittenhouse and Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum is first running, then lunging at Rittenhouse, attempting to grab the barrel of the rifle which is between them. As Rosenbaum is lunging, Rittenhouse moves the barrel of the rifle to prevent Rosenbaum from controlling the rifle, and fires toward Rosenbaum, who is in front of him. McGinnis is following Rosenbaum, and is behind him. All of this is happening in a fraction of a second. Rittenhouse has not moved his feet. Rosenbaum continues his movement toward Rittenhouse, falling on his face in front of Rittenhouse.
McGinnis is not sure if it was the shots that caused Rosenbaum to fall, or if Rosenbaum’s action of lunging to attempt to grab the rifle would have caused Rosenbaum to fall anyway. There is no testimony that Rosenbaum was on a trajectory to move past Rittenhouse. At 2:40 in the video, witness McGinnis gives this testimony:
It is unclear to me, because the shots were so quick, whether, you know, the shots are the reason why he, because he lunged, and the shots were fired as he was lunging, so it was, like, perhaps it was the shots that caused him to, rather than stopping himself, just fall flat.

As Rosenbaum’s momentum was carrying him past Rittenhouse, Rittenhouse fired four times.
Rosenbaum is on clear video as we’ve seen charging at Kyle. This is after he said openly if he got one of Kyle’s group alone he’d kill them.
Reasonably in fear for his life? Yes. Self defense.
I still recall the "revolutionary" Newt Gingrich of 1994 promising to defund NPR.
I’m surprised NPR didn’t have Rosenbaum helping a little lady across the street.
The hospital visit friend of Gaige is up today to ask about the “I should have emptied my gun into him” Facebook comment.
Problem for the prosecution is it is all there on video and in the photographs. They can’t lie their way to a conviction.
Have you seen Rosenbaum’s rap sheet? I can’t remember where I saw it but he was one sick individual.
The “unicorn” video that the evidence fairy delivered to the prosecution’s doorstep at the last minute, shows Rosenbaum ending up at Rittenhouse’s feet after being shot. Rosenbaum never moved past Rittenhouse.
Just a trial for a trial a sham trial politically motivated that only has legs because the rat ville wants it to. There ought to be a means created when the country is taken back in 2022-2024 whereas to supersede miscreant judiciousness with a correct intentioned fisa like court to intercede and supersede to set wrongs like this right.
This is a shame a real mess and I pray for a quick resolution for all it’s victims and swifter severe punishment for it’s perpetrators. Included are the officers punished for doing their jobs forthwith also an unravelment of the fake hero regime established in it’s path. It’s all disgusting.
St. Louis Post-Disgrace editorial falsely claims:
“Videos show no indication that Rittenhouse was in mortal danger, but he fired his gun anyway, killing two and wounding a third (who also drew a handgun after Rittenhouse fired his).”

Without knowing what the shootee's intentions were, his act of charging the shooter is reason to fear for your life. His testimony confirms the worst.
And when you read what the reporter wrote, it explains how it is possible that the girl from NBC heard, "Let's Go Brandon."
One thing that might be believable is Rosenbaum shouting “Shoot me, NI … ah!” at the moment Kyle obliged him.
Rule # 1: If you try to grab somebody’s rifle during a riot, don’t be surprised if you get shot.

The rats need a conviction. If The Great Reset ultimately involves nationwide mass replays of the riots and mayhem, supported by Democrats and possibly foreign actors (definitively foreign financiers, Soros, CCP), they cannot succeed if there is a rifle behind every blade of grass as one U.S. adversary leader remarked in the past.
I got up this morning and walked by the television where my wife was watching, and they were talking about the "victims" of that night in Kenosha, and it stopped me in my tracks.
The pictures were of two happy men, in the prime of their lives, their limitless futures ahead of them, speaking in reverent tones as if they had been cut down by a violent, gun toting extremist for no reason at all.
Honestly I saw the same thing. I guess it's expected from the corrupt media. That needs to change.
I noted that while the Medical Examiner was testifying, and they were showing pictures of the wounds . . . I noticed that his hands were covering his genitalia in one of the pictures - I also noticed that it didn’t seem like there was a whole lot there to cover (if anything at all).
I was thinking, did it get blown off?
I actually found an AP article that gives a somewhat accurate description of the trial.
How just would that be, and that the scum be alive to realize it before he went to answer to God for his crimes?
