It should be a lively day on the stand.

I imagine that Kyle will continue to smile and look relaxed during the trial knowing that the prosecutors are total idiots, and that Judge Schroeder will continue to make humorous insertions from the bench (probably because he already knows how this trial will end with a directed verdict of innocence).

As Hawk Harrelson used to say, "Sit back, relax, and strap it down" cuz' no doubt this one is going to get jiggy.

Only if a trial was going bad for the defense.

Any declared mistrial opens the door for the DA to have a second shot at Rittenhouse.

Defense should move for a Directed Verdict from the bench for Not Guilty on all counts due to lack of processcudoral evidence.

Not so now. He was good on direct, but on cross prosecutor is trying to wear him down, asking irrelevant questions, hoping to catch Kyle in a misstatement from memory and then brings up a video that may be interpreted differently.

For a case to be dismissed “with prejudice” means that the case is dismissed permanently, it cannot be brought back to court, and the charges cannot be refiled.

He is desperately trying to convince people that you shouldn't put out fires because that might make the rioters who light them angry. You shouldn't defend private property if it makes people that want to loot and burn it angry. You HAVE to let them riot, loot and burn.
