Morning Joe Admits: Case Against Rittenhouse Seems to be 'Falling Apart'
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Posted on 11/10/2021 11:46:13 AM PST by governsleastgovernsbest

This was the sound of the case against Kyle Rittenhouse disintegrating:

Rittenhouse defense attorney: "It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him—advanced on him—that he fired, right?”

Person Shot by Rittenhouse: "Correct."

[snip]

And, much as it must have hurt them to do so, the Morning Joe crew had to admit the undeniable today: that Grosskreutz's admission was devastating to the prosecution.

The mystery here isn’t whether Rittenhouse is guilty. It’s how the prosecution ever brought much of the case against him in the first place.

Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.

Kyle took the stand and the prosecutor, Binger is trying to paint him as a vigilante.
As if vigilantes isn’t exactly Kenosha needed that night.

LOL.

Scarborough loves to modest-brag by saying he’s just “a simple country lawyer.” Country lawyers don’t tend to be simple, but looks like he might be!

It was hilarious to watch him literally being unable to tell up from down. Whatever Biden has, could it be catching?

Folks, check out the coverage on Legal Insurrection. There were at least 3 times I thought the judge was going to bitchslap the ADA senseless.

Assuming Kyle Rittenhouse is acquitted, I wonder if Antifa will hold a protest riot? I’ve read nothing about what is being said underground, but I know they like to stir the pot first, to draw in more rioters.

And things have been suspiciously quiet since Joe Biden entered office... almost making me suspect that the radical left had a lot to do with last year’s riots.

Ah.....

I don’t think there ever was a case against Rittenhouse. It was political prosecution. It was prosecutor misconduct. It was FBI withholding Brady material (again).

They once again arrested and tortured the innocent guy.

He’s from Atlanta. Maybe he models himself after Matlock.

Dems are in control of the Kabuki Theatre now, so no matter what the outrage, you WILL NOT hear a PEEP from BLM or Aunt Teefa. The organizers for those people are too busy showing up at their new “jobs” in the department of the interior or some s-—t to adequately plan for performance art we were treated to in June 2020.

Can we please get to the part where Rittenhouse sues the leftist media propagandists who slandered him into oblivion?

It’s pretty obvious it was never together to begin with. Just a bogus media narrative.

Really? It would have been politically impossible not to bring the case, however flimsy, given the hate filled atmosphere.

Didn't you know the ‘left’ decided that someone has to shoot you in the head ‘first’ and then you can shoot back...

If this trial isn't a deliberate mistrial I don't know what is...

I’m surprised. I assumed Morning Joe’s crew would like nothing more than being about to gang up on some 17 year old kid and push him to kill himself... I mean they’re such nice people...right?
